They are the same party, they wear suits now, house their slaves in housing projects across the inner city, feed them, turn their eyes to drugs and guns and watch them kill each other daily. Many will be released on a cheap bond and kill again.
In return, they just want a vote, not a day's work like the past

He’s a fcking moron. Just come out and denounce nazis, the kkk, and white nationalists, which he didn’t do. This is my problem with Trump. He is an idiot. Anyone with decent intelligence would have denounced these fckers immediately without a second thought knowing the PR impact. The people he surrounds himself are fcking morons too. I graduated with his son in law for b-school, and let’s just say, the dude wasn’t the sharpest tool in shed...
Come on man. Stop. He did denounce them. Several times. Just because you don’t like the guy or his family doesn’t mean you can make shit up. You’re smarter/better than this.

Days later after getting slammed by the media and the public...

Actually, I think that example is a pretty challenging gray area, so no, it's not as simple as full disagreement with you on that. On the one hand, a privately owned business should be allowed to discriminate... on the other hand, putting words on a cake is not an endorsement of those words and therefore questionable as an imposition on someone's faith.

I'm willing to concede it as a singular example not representative of the entire issue. So you have a cake and I'll throw in that wedding photographer for your side, too. I have about 30 state amendments (still) on the books banning same-sex marriage. Are you willing to even attempt to address my examples?
We’re not going to agree on any of this. It’s not worth either of our time. We’re on opposite ends of the spectrum.

This is getting embarrassing

Mistaken quote. I’m on the outside looking in on this subject bc I firmly believe the two main parties no longer serve rational, hard working, generally good Americans. Educated people are finding it harder to relate to anything the parties represent. It’s become a Jerry springer show that sucks in a certain demographic......that unfortunately seems to be growing. Trump/Bernie/AOC should never represent the majority imo. Obama was a stretch as well bc he represented one side and really didn’t hide it. That led us to trump. Now the left is becoming equally or more extreme to fight fire with fire. It’s the wrong move for about a million reasons.
I don't agree with a single MLing thing in that.

Correct. But he did it. Even after his words were taken out of context and he was slammed pretty much still to this day, your post is a prime example.

I'm definitely not asking you. You've long-established your failure to understand it even conceptually.
I fully understand. I am just smart enough to know it doesn’t exist. I refuse to blame some imaginary issue for people’s poor choices.

You gave an example and I didn't respond with as extreme a stance as you thought I would. Now you won't even attempt to answer my examples. This is not a case of "we" and our inability to agree; it's a matter of YOU being unwilling to budge and incapable of supporting your position with logic.

Dude, it shouldn’t have been days later. Any sane decent person would have denounced fcking nazis and the kkk immediately. Tell me, would you have waited several days? Do you have any friends or family members that wouldn’t have denounced these fckers immediately after several people were run over by a car?

Agree to disagree. Thanks.

You are a fcking moron. The “Democratic Party” isn’t the equivalent of the party now. It was the fcking South that refused to grant the rights that Lincoln worked so hard to provide.
I am a "fcking" moron. If I am a moron what does that make you? Come on. I am a "fcking" moron; it is the "fcking" South. Wow you sure know how to win arguments do you not?

Lincoln is from the "fcking" South, his Vice President was from the "fcking" South. Lincoln was born just up the road from where I was born. He was a Republican.

What Lincoln wanted did not get implemented until 102 years later because the solid wall of Democrats who refused to give those rights to black people. Now it has been implemented and you are saying that the party that did it is racist? Who is the moron?

Maybe you should read a little history. Maybe you should read a little about the pain paid by reconstruction in the South. Maybe you should get educated.

Remember affiimitive action? Lol Nah, that wasn't racism was it? Lol
White people hate affirmative action, especially for college admissions, but don’t realize that if it went away, all it would do is dramatically increase the asian population at all top schools.

Idiots don't have IQ's of 150.

Lol so Lincoln being born in KY means the South wasn’t against equal rights? The south fought against the union in the Civil War and systematically fought against equal rights for a 100 years after. GTFO.

If Asians earn it, who cares? So you are happy a person is gifted a scholarship based on skin color, nothing else? Whoa

I don’t disagree at all. The issue I have is there were bad people on both sides and there were good people on both sides. The MSM refused to even acknowledge the complexity of the situation and that there were bad folks on both sides. Antifa is a terrible organization. Some parts of BLM are terrible. Those groups that were there were bad people. The KKK and white supremacists that were there are bad people. Everyone else not in those groups weren’t bad people. There were good people, not in those groups, on both sides of the issue. The MSM refused to accept that because it didn’t fit their narrative that everything Trump is bad and all conservative white people are bad.

That being said, I give Trump slack for this type of stuff. Essentially because of the total biased MSM and their blatant, false narrative they constantly push.

If it is a matter of intelligence -- as you implied, not I -- you have never demonstrated an accurate understanding of it on even a conceptual level. Similarly, you've never demonstrated the understanding of the difference between recognizing an idea and agreeing with it. And you've never demonstrated an ability to articulate a logical reason for your belief that it doesn't exist.

I've explained and given examples. You've dismissed it wholesale without explanation.

No one is talking about scholarship, but in terms of admissions, I do think there are circumstances where harsher socioeconomic backgrounds should be taken into context. Did this make it harder for me, as an Asian, to get into an elite institution, yes, but in the end I think it’s the right thing to do (maybe I would feel different if I didn’t get into the top schools I applied for, but who knows).

Sorry, but anyone that walks with people holding up nazi flags or kkk attire gets no sympathy from me.

I’m not talking about those people. I’m talking about all of the others who don’t think statues like that should be taken down. Not every person there was a clan member. Again, this is part of the false narrative that was pimped by the MSM. Hell, I remember several normal people were interviewed saying they didn’t want the statues removed. They weren’t white nationalists. They weren’t clan members.

And I dont have any sympathy for anyone associated with Antifa or BLM. Those groups are absolute trash.

If you are marching with white nationalists as they chant "Jews will not replace us" and you don't drop your torch and run away from them immediately, that you helped your elderly neighbor clean her gutters that morning is irrelevant. You might as well tell us how Hitler's mom loved him.

If your words are essentially a slightly more polite version of "I want to kill you" and you're deliberately intimidating people and invoking fear, that someone else threw the first punch (highly debatable) doesn't really hold as much weight.

White nationalists are by far the most significant terrorist organization in America, both historically and in the present.

I think you get wayyyy to caught up in terminology.
You're the one who has had a conniption over my use of the term "white supremacist." My backing up to clarify is a concession to people like you.

That’s the thing though. Trump could have immediately came out against the nazis, kkk, and white supremacists and it would have been understood that he wasn’t against everyone on other side. Him trying to splits hairs was a bad look, especially with the increase in racist chatter after he won the election.

Totally agree here. Trump is an absolute idiot when it comes to stuff like this.

Uh, I addressed exactly who you were referring to: "If you are marching with white nationalists as they chant "Jews will not replace us" and you don't drop your torch and run away from them immediately, that you helped your elderly neighbor clean her gutters that morning is irrelevant."

Cognitive dissonance and hypocrisy FTW!

Wrong. Maybe try again?

Black Lives Matter...... Pigs in a blanket, fry em up like bacon!
Have you seen the video where they're laughing WITH police officers while they chant that?
Do you think "Bad cop, no doughnut" really literally means LEO are literally banned from literally purchasing literal doughnuts literally?

That was a small group of indeterminate affiliation and involvement participating in a single march organized by BLM and conservatives use them to condemn the entire BLM organization and to cast dispersion on every suspicious death of an unarmed person of color at the hands of police. Meanwhile, a crowd overwhelming consisting of white nationalists chanting "Jews will not replace us" and conservatives will defend people who willingly marched with them as "good people." Pretty good example of the privilege snu lies to himself about not existing.
