UK fans always get bent out of shape every time they see the Helms banner in the Dean Dome. It's like we need their approval on how we should decorate our house.

Being that Rupp looks like the inside of a barn with a mall connected to it, I could see why they're concerned with other teams arenas.

True, UK doesn’t hang a banner for them but this looks like they claim them or acknowledge them.

Nothing counterfeit about it. 1924 happened just like the titles you won in the 1940's. Nothing on that Helms banner says NCAA so again you guys have a problem with it.

It is very nice. I was there when Louisville beat UK in 2017. Was also at the game at Rupp when they lost to UCLA that year. I banned myself from attending anymore games that year.

That were won in a tournament rather than retroactively awarded based on opinion 15 years later.

Undefeated! Rupp decided not to play in the tourney that season because they had players that had been declared ineligible because they already graduated. SmokinSmile

I agree but we don't need approval from anyone to celebrate great teams. I know it sucks you guys weren't in the loop when the decision was made.

Is like the rushing the court debate. UK fans act like they’re above doing it. In all honesty, Rupp arena ushers surround the court to make sure nobody does it, plus the SEC will fine them.
The most pathetic thing I have ever seen, which is on par with UK football. At least they beat Oklahoma though. Back then final polls were released before bowl games.

I remember you telling me about that. I was at the sweet 16 game we lost 74-69 against you guys. That was a fun game until I wanted to throw things/people.

Those senior citizens can't rush the court. You know many people will have pulled hammys and calf strains if that happen? Not enough wheel chairs in Lexington to care for them.
I was not happy, but at least I had a good buzz on. (Thank you KFC Yum! Center).

Most of them are already in wheelchairs, that's how they get the good seats! Also, you would be surprised at how nimble they are in those bad boys. They are tricked out too.
I’ve co-owned season tickets for almost 12 years. Ushers absolutely do stand in front of the student sanction under 1 basket at the end of big games.

Since ushers are standing there that means people are going to rush the court? You're really reaching now. Like I said, a few ushers aren't going to stop hundreds of students from rushing a court if they want to. You and I both know that has never happened and will never happen. UK isn't Indiana. And why would you co-own UK tickets?
