The camera work/ video reminds me of Primus Mr. Krinkle.Hm. Watched it. Didn't get it, sorry. I enjoyed the camera work though. Lemme read a bit and see what I am missing.
One take with shit going on in the background.

I just thought his vocals were lame, and I didn’t want to see a bunch of nuns getting shot but whatever.
Would you rather nuns doing the shooting?I just thought his vocals were lame, and I didn’t want to see a bunch of nuns getting shot but whatever.
Are you an NFL player? Lots of "we" getting thrown around and I was talking about NFL players. I don't care how anyone protests personally so long as it is nonviolent and doesn't **** up my drive home, just saying kneeling instead of honoring the country while playing a sport that has made you millions is hard for some people to take.Great! Please tell them how to protest that won't offend everyone. We march, it's a problem. We boycott, it's a problem. We kneel, it's a problem. We sit, it's a problem. This tells me that protesting IS the problem, but tell us the correct way to protest where no one will be offended?

I don't have to be an NFL player to know and understand why they're protesting. Just listen to why they're protesting. You don't have to be an NFL a player to understand why they're doing it.
By protesting, they are honoring their country. That's how this country was founded. And after it was founded, it allowed for continual protests of a myriad of issues.
Kaep even asked vets how best to protest and still be respectful, and they said kneel. It's ridiculous that it got turned into this enormous bullshit about him somehow being anti-American.
The barbershop visit, fubu, haunted mansion, and frat were all great episodes.
The dicks in front of the confederate flag, with all the guns, was a great scene.
I love how each episode is it's own episode. The theme for Season 2 is Robbin' Season and each episode displays that in some sort of way.
You don't need anyone's permission. You just don't get to be mad when everyone in the country gets angry at the way you're approaching/protesting the issue.Right! That's why I'm asking how should we protest? Who else's permission do we need to protest the *right* way?
I love how each episode is it's own episode.
It's just hard for everyday , in the grind of real life people to really give a damn about what some rich and famous person thinks. In fairness Glover doesn't come across as that type of person compared to some of the others in Hollywood. Many in Hollywood are so segregated from reality that nobody can take their opinions serious.Yep. Focus only on the entertainment and not the issues in the background. We love ya when you entertain us, but let's ignore everything else in your life as if entertainers/athletes only serve one function in society.
Right! That's why I'm asking how should we protest? Who else's permission do we need to protest the *right* way?
I don't have any political opinions on the video. Didn't seem to make any points. But I will say. It is god awful. No skill, beat sucks, no flow. Fcking sucks what rap has become. If I am going to say something controversial in response to this horrible music video, it will be, I thought black people could dance.Pretty heavy stuff in today's culture of America. A lot of people probably won't like it, but you can't deny the fact that it's accurate. Close your eyes and ears if you don't care.

There is no right way to protest when the message is all over the board. There was no unifying message as far as I know. Anything and everything gets distorted in this day and age. People refuse to see the other side and view the other as less than when they don’t agree politically. All reasons why its reception was as volatile as it was. It truly is amazing how polarized politics/race has become in the digital world. It amplifies everything, and what is normally an anomaly now appears to common occurrence.
People forget we have 350 million plus people in this country. Any pragmatic person should realize a solid 5-10 percent (17-35 million people) are going to be some type of scum. Just my 2 cents, but to each their own.

His support of a murderous dictator and his demonizing of police officers have nothing to do with him being unsigned. Him turning down TWO offers from Seattle has nothing to do with him not being on a roster. His GF calling the Ravens owner a slave master and Ray Lewis an uncle tom has nothing to do with him not being on a roster. It is about hos protest and his protest only. God, you Kaep thumpers are ignorant.Kaepernick is getting banned because of RACIST (yes you are racist) people that cannot get over their white fragility. They don't like to be called out for the BS that black people have to deal with on a daily basis. For example, my wife spends time with kids on the south side of Chicago. One kid's instrument case was ripped open and broken by cops. Cops didn't replace it. My wife did. This is the day and life of a black kid living in poverty. He is standing up for these injustices. Especially, when that rich white kid can buy weed and drive home without a problem.
The Kaepernick is proven when teams are signing horrible QBs such as Bradford to a $20 million deal and Cutler to a $10 million deal when Kaepernick has done more than 75% of starting QBs in the NFL. Racism and the Racist fans who don't want to be embarrassed about what is happening in this country let it happen.
It seemed to be more about the video and less about the actual song. Check out Redbone and a few of his past songs, dude is pretty good.I don't have any political opinions on the video. Republicans buy shoes, too, huh?just saying kneeling instead of honoring the country while playing a sport that has made you millions is hard for some people to take.
Yes. Some cops suck. Let's say that a police officer demonizes all black people because of the very small percentage of the black people that break the law by wearing socks that depicts black people as monkeys. Would it be okay to defend him because a small percentage of black people break the law?Demonizing officers? How about trying to make officers accountable for their actions? When has a jury done that? Tackling a black man for stealing his own car? Why? Because it was too nice for a black man? Shooting a black man who offers to pull out his gun permit? How about letting a guy go because he murdered a kid just because his hoodie posed too much of a threat? How about shooting a black kid 17 times for holding a cell phone? Or how about the Baltimore cops who let a guy die in their truck? Cops like that can suck a D and should be in jail. However, your views of America eff it all up because you have some racist views in you.
What method of protest would you recommend? As Q mentioned, black people marching is criticized; black people speaking up is criticized; black people kneeling quietly is criticized. You don't need anyone's permission. You just don't get to be mad when everyone in the country gets angry at the way you're approaching/protesting the issue.
I will stick to the good days of N.W.A. , Snoop, Pac and Cypress Hill.It seemed to be more about the video and less about the actual song. Check out Redbone and a few of his past songs, dude is pretty good.

Well that is the problem. They do. Black people have this stigma that they are more violent which they aren't. I saw a guy post that black people commit more violent crimes which is false. Do you think black people smoke more weed than white people? They don't. The problem is they are 3.73 times more likely to be arrested for it. Why is that? Especially when 13% of white people smoke it, and 15% of black people smoke it....well, that would make up a lot more white people smoking it as that race makes up over 60% of the population. No tell me how there isn't a racial bias to black people with cops.
The message was clear for those who were listening. For those who were complaining about the protest, it certainly went over their head (again...like always). Can't get through to people who voluntarily put their fingers in their ears and complain about something not related to why the protest is happening in the first place.
What does this have to do with why Kaepernick doesn't have a job in the NFL?
That's what Kaep was protesting. They do? Hmm.
What does this have to do with why Kaepernick doesn't have a job in the NFL?
Well, you were pretty wrong already after that first sentence. Kaep's message has been very clear. People chose to get outraged over the flag instead. Here, anyway, there's a pretty high rate of correlation between the people who deny the possibility of racism at each and every turn and the people who focused on criticizing Kaep for the method of his protest.Wasn’t that apart of my post or did you just read the first sentence and stop listening like you were just railing against?
Well he is being banned for sticking up for black people being targeted by police. Which statistics say they are........like when roughly the same percentage of people by race smokes weed....and makes up for over 60% of the population, but the one that has a significantly lower population is 3.7 times more likely to be arrested......do you have a Duke degree? I am trying to figure out how far I have to dumb this down.
Also, it shows the initial bias of some dumb people....white people...who make excuses for the police doing what they do. Shows racist views. "Black people commit more violent crimes." That was someone that argued with me about Kaepernick and black people being arrested.
That's what Kaep was protesting.
How has your life been since Jan 20th, 2017? Better? Worse? Are there more racists roaming the streets because they got a "boost" from having the klan leader in the White House? And yet those everyday, in the grind of real life people voted for Donald Trump. Not sure how to explain that one, especially when these same people hate celebrities and their opinions.
