When teams don't mug us like the Illini did we score even more. Illinois needs to learn how to defend without fouling if they want to be successful in the postseason.

There was a huge foul discrepancy after Illinois 8-0 run and when Murray went to the bench. Perkins just jumped into another defender… The hook n hold was pretty damn comical. He literally got 2 FTs for that22 fouls on Illinois
21 fouls on Iowa
Even though Illinois had to foul at the end and on the season Illinois fouls more/Iowa gets to the line more. Yet some in here are crying.
Plenty of time left for IU to blow this one

Just got to the bar after seeing that game in Carver. Our StubHub tickets actually ended up being in the Illini parents section. 😂 Great game, Iowa, REALLY wanted that one…

Lol, so the one awful foul call (which happens a number of times every single game both ways) you can think of.. wasn't even a foul. It's not a hook and hold when Perkins has two hands rebounding a ball and Mayer sticks his hands in there as Perkins halls it in. Iowa could complain about the 2 awful calls on Connor when he was straight up too toward the end, or all the missed over the backs on the boards.
The fouls were 1 off even with Illinois having to foul at the end and Iowa getting to the line the most in the B1G. You're just crying at this point.
