Why all the Friday night games this year?

Did I miss the memo? I've complained plenty on our home board about the proliferation of Friday OOC games on UKs schedule. Went to do a little betting and saw all these other major teams playing tonight too. Louisville and Xavier caught my attention immediately. Is this just a thing for everyone this year? If so, why? I'm glad it doesn't conflict with football, and if that's the reason then I can get on board.

I feel like this is a new thing but maybe I'm wrong. I remember the occasional Friday or Sunday game around holidays or when students are gone on break. I don't remember UKs entire OOC schedule being played on Tuesday/Friday ever.

Kentucky must be really bad to lose to this Duke team. They can't pass, can't rebound and their shooting is terribly inconsistent.

I can't recall us playing Fridays much at all. I remember Stallings crying about how he had to play Thursday games and we played Tues/Sat.
