Well at the time, IU & Purdue were after a lot of the same guys. Paying for a couple months to get a different perspective on those recruitments seemed worth it to me.

I'll take my 20 big ones some where else next to spare myself some of dignity.

Well now i can say with full confidence that you are making progress :)

Sounds like Conor McCafrey.

@nitewing you got any info on him?
Connor was rated a 9.5 recruit. that put him in the top 10 rounds out of HS.

there was a HS Pitcher out of Iowa that was committed to Iowa that was drafted in the 3rd round. he went to the MLB CLASS AA farm team. the original plan was for Connor to RS then play Baseball this spring. his illiness and injuries put a stop to those plans.
Iowa 1st game is Feb 16th, so he will RS in both sports. Connor is listed as a 1st baseman/OF.

Thanks for posting. Would love KBD as B1G POY and to have a huge game on 2/7. Also would love to have JJJ on the Cavs.

After perusing the conference game stats, I was able to confirm what my eye test + heart has been telling me for a while - that Jaren Jackson JR is very likely one of the 3 best players in the conference and will likely be robbed of a first team all conference selection because media members will look at Miles Bridges raw stats and select him over JJJ.

there are some things you don't figure like Garza is avg'ing 6.7 rpg in 19.8 mpg, with Cook avg'ing 6.8 rpg in 26.5 mpg.

as for points produced how does the assists per game get figured into that equation?

At this point JC's varsity team is the equivalent of a decent JV team at many of the larger schools. Their best player is a 5'8 120 pound freshman. And yes it's a shame that a large portion of our fans have brain damage.:p
What does this post mean?

You can read the tweet, but Iowa commit Joe Wieskamp had the first 31 points of the game for Muscatine and 54 of 64 in their win over Bettendorf. He was 16-23 from the field and 14-16 from the line. This is the best recruit that has ever and might ever come to Iowa IMO. He is so good offensively. His game is so fluid. Wouldn't shock me at all to see him start from day 1

Is Frans head going to explode if Wieskamp goes to the Lavar Ball League?

I actually genuinely believe IU will win outright tonight as a 9 point underdog. Feel free to come back and quote this at my expense if wrong.

Romeo had 44 today against Columbus East, which is in the largest class in Indiana HS bball.
Sorry about your brain damage, hope you get better.

They were trying to foul Duncan Robinson. He was getting mauled. They call a travel instead. Fun.

These free throws are fun too. So fun.

Rutgers could get within 3 on a made free throw here and it still doesnt feel like they have even a slight chance to threaten to win this game.

Their guards take such dumb contested long 2 jumpers all the time. Pikiell needs to fix that and implement a true offense at sone point.

Hard to beat teams when other teams are taking 3s or layups/dunks and your guards are dribbling around for 10 seconds then taking higj degree of difficulty long 2 point jumpers.
