***Official B1G In-Season Thread***

The 🥔 wants to discredit a win against the #2 ranked team in the country. So typical. A football team that has yet to play a single ranked team on the other hand.
He was talking about Alabama.

IU schedule has been weak. But they have beaten the shit outbof everyone, sans Michigan. And even then, they dominated Mich; allowed just 206 total yards. Just had a couple drops that hasn't happened..Rourke missing a wide open.rec.for a TD...And few penalties, kept this one closer than it should have been. Thunk Mich drove like 65 yards on first possession...but only had 142 yards after that.

We'll see Sat @ OSU.

FTR, who has Penn State beaten? Or Texas?

Don’t try to educate them. Not only do they lack the levels of critical thinking and objectivity required to understand, but frankly it more entertaining to watch them sob.

Yep, IU is not alone in playing a weak schedule. Check out this graphic. If the committee ends up rewarding some of these schedules and keeps 2 and 3 loss teams with tough schedules out, we'll end up with no one playing difficult non-conference games.

Basketball went through that for a bit when RPI was the big driver of the tourney selection. Thankfully it evolved to what we have now which, though imperfect, is much better than it used to be.

Exactly, he was trying to downplay Bama and the Purdue win. My point stands.

Walters is sabotaging Oregon, OSU, PSU, IU and ND by pulling down their SOS.

Big brain stuff.

And yet you dodge the opportunity to explain your baseless claim.
Typical

Look Ace, feel free to criticize anything I post, I only require that you criticize something I actually posted rather than something you made up.

This act is what your imbecile pal 1987 does and one of the reasons he isn’t taken seriously.

Do better

Rivals has a very easy to use search function.

X was hurt. Smith was marginal at best and that only because he had edey as a distraction.. Is he better now? we shall see.

I would take X even with his drama over smith as would 90% of knowledgeable basketball fans. He can play defense which smith cannot, and shoots reasonably well. Cupps is better than smith (or will be very shortly) and he is on the bench

Anything to back up dipshit's claim that I said Cupps is better than Smith other than defensively obviously at that time? I expected Gabe to progress more than he has so far and get better than Smith at some point. I haven't seen Smith play this season so cannot comment on the current defensive, leadership or court management comparisons. I know smith is a better shooter, has to be.

Embittered swing and a miss yet again by you guys.

Relax, IU will likely lose at Ahia this Sat and possible fall out of the CFP which will allow you guys some of your self esteem back and maybe you can hang a banner for our demise.

It will be ok.

Guess I’m watching Purdue vs Marquette tonight. Marquette is really -5.5?

By stating the obvious? It's no secret what Alabama does. When they shoot well...most impossible to beat.

Saw on the Field of 68 DTF podcast today that they believe the Big 10 is the fifth best conference.

Any arguments for or against this narrative?
