State of Indiana 2019 recruting class really starting to take shape. Not as top heavy (TJD/Brooks) as first thought. Franklin/Newman/Gillis will have some big springs. All have passed Hemmenway it seems

I didn't think it was embarrassing when Lafayette Jeff kids all wore purdue gear when Travis Carroll came to town...the same with Donnie Hale, another New Albany kid.
Probably because neither New Albany nor Danville played in Lafayette during Hale or Carroll's high school careers. But I guess good hypothetical burn on Purdue fans?

IU mob is embarrassing. Grown men showing up to high school games in candy stripe clown pants to salivate over teenagers is just super weird to me. And the majority of IU fans act like the kid is committed to IU.
This was the student section, silly. I think fans in the state of Indiana just really appreciate seeing a truly great high school player from their state. Not everyone has your abscessed attitude toward life.

No offense but, you need to travel more. This, sad but true happens far more often than what you seem to think.

yep, and I enjoy bringing up Carroll and Hale occasionally too.... along with Jobe, Muniru. April and Priller.

You’ve proven yourself as a joke. Go away.

He'll be in the conversation for fringe 3rd-team, honorable mention consideration. But there's no way he gets up to 2nd team. All of these guys would be above him in the pecking order for all-conference honors if things ended today:

Keita Bates-Diop - OSU
Vincent Edwards - Purdue
Miles Bridges - MSU
Isaac Haas - Purdue
James Palmer - NEB
Juwan Morgan - IU
Tony Carr - PSU
Anthony Cowan - Maryland
Carsen Edwards - Purdue
Ethan Happ - Wisconsin
Tyler Cook - Iowa
Jordan Murphy - Minnesota
Mike Watkins - PSU

Full homer pick, but im putting Red Mambo ahead of him as well.

Finally got to see video of Gillis. Whoever lands him is getting a phenomenal 4 year player. Wherever he ends up ranked will be completely irrelevant because he appears to be a mix of Vince Edwards and Isiah Livers. Incredibly skilled perfect college 4 who should be able to switch all ball screens on defense with how well he moves at his size and length(like Livers and Edwards).

I am praying Painter makes him a priority or at the very least he ends up somewhere in the B1G. Gotta imagine hed ve perfect in Beleins scheme offensively.

Nope. Even out of all those, caring enough to pay money to read your rivals premium board is still worse.

Well at the time, IU & Purdue were after a lot of the same guys. Paying for a couple months to get a different perspective on those recruitments seemed worth it to me.

I'll take my 20 big ones some where else next to spare myself some of dignity.

with out Bohannon Cook does not get what he does. Bohannon is having a better season than he did which is how he was named to the All BT FR team.

plus he is/has done this with a injured foot, which as one person described it [as having a knife drove into your foot]. in BT play he is avg'ing 16.1 ppg which is 12th in BT Play, 5.9 apg in BT Play which puts him in 2nd and leads the BT in 3 pointers made per game in conference play @3.3 .5 more made 3's than Maithis of Purdue.

all this while playing with a foot injury. now think of what he would doing on a healthy foot.

Ahhhhh you paid for IU's premium board. @Da_Bull next time use "rival's premium board" rather than "rivals premium board."

Done, thanks. I forgot that many pu fans still say that TCarroll was better than Cody Zeller.

Many? If by many you mean a very small minority than sure. It’s laughable that you legitimately believe “many” though Carroll was better. Just like a small minority thought Ronnie would be better than Yogi. Don’t be that guy.

I've never heard that one. Carroll was pretty awful, but at least he worked hard and played smart. Bade was awful, didn't work hard by all accounts, and was a complete dumb ass.

Nebraska will be on the outside at 12-6 if they win at home and lose on the road. The RPI will be in the mid 60s and their best wins will be Michigan and Maryland and nothing else in the top 75.

13-5 and I think they are barely in and have a spot in Dayton.

This of course does not take into account the BTT, but since we don't know how the bracket will fall, it is uncertain to make assumptions on what Nebraska would need to do to earn a bid.

Romeo Langford had 63 points tonight and played 28 minutes in the game. Game is AT Jennings County, and half the JC cheering section is in IU gear. IU may not get him, but he's sure been shown the love. Romeo has up to 12 games left, if he averages 39 per game, he beats Damon Bailey for the number one scorer in Indiana High School history.
At this point JC's varsity team is the equivalent of a decent JV team at many of the larger schools. Their best player is a 5'8 120 pound freshman. And yes it's a shame that a large portion of our fans have brain damage.:p

Kistek is a lil12 fan. Just like you wouldnt discipline a small child for spilling an open drink on the floor since he/she doesnt know any better, we dont judge ms kistek for not enjoying the GOAT basketball conference when shes been exposed to that aids conference her whole life as a lolself and Kansas slappie.

@KisteK :
B1G stage
B1G life
B1G Ten

You do know I'm older than 15... right?

If a toddler spills her drink, her bartender sucks.
She's aching for bourbon, he brings her juice.

Oh, and Fridays are for high school ball......................

He also a very good baseball player. Could go D1 in either sport.

I'm not sure what your point is. Romeo and New Albany have played a very tough schedule. They have beaten the best that Indianapolis has to offer, including Carmel. New Albany recently beat one of the top team's in Ohio, anchored by the #9 player in the nation, a 6;9 Syracuse commit named Bazley I believe. Romeo had 35 that game. Last week RL had two 38 point games against Evansville North and Jasper. You are just stupid if your point is to diminish Romeo's accomplishments. He's the real deal. The teams and coaches are solid. pu fans are always entertaining in their bball "knowledge".....but you just admitted to brain damage.
