No sir.....My son is 20 now. I missed a ton of his games because of officiatin/umpiring. Wish I could have that shit back. There is always gonna be hoops, brother. Take advantage of these opportunities.
It discredits both teams. Its how momentum works. Taking your foot off the gas implies a lack of effort
So you think UT came out at halftime with the same intensity as they had in the first half?

Saw some questionable calls (not necessarily for UNC) and looked up the refs. Didn’t think it needed a thread
I feel like your take is kind of biased here. What do you want? For them to call even more thing against UNC and less against UW?
Seems to be a foul every time UNC does it even when the other guys leans in. They need to figure that crap out and be consistent.
Brooks. Busted open his lip. Knocked a tooth out and broke another.
Looked at the monitor and said it was a no-call (either had to be a F1 or nothing). Swung the elbow as his first move towards the basket and made contact before hitting a layup. Brooks was out the rest of the half and I’m not sure if he’ll return or not.
Edit to add: started the second half so I guess he’s good to go.
I’ll just add. I don’t know if I’d call it a foul. Looked like just an unlucky basketball move. I’m still not clear in what a F1 is because I thought it was any contact above the neck that was excessive or not a basketball move. He really connected. But there was no malice or anything.
They’re not that good. They were protected in league play for some reason. Grant Williams is the biggest flopper I’ve ever watched at this level. He averaged like 10 free throws a game in league play.
Duke gets away with the obvious foul, then Taco exits again with a cheap one. Typical.
Dude, tacko got away with holding Javin down with his other arm on his put back dunk, Zion has been fouled multiple times with no calls and of course we have some pussy whining about Duke getting away with fouls. Is bitching about refs the only thing this board does anymore?
