Too damn content. However it's been KU's theme this season. They just don't know how to step on the opponent's throat.
But we got some good minutes for De Sousa. This team though changes dramatically on the defensive end when Dok is out.
Yeah, they have. But it seems like everybody blows leads this year. In every game I tune into, somebody's climbing back from a 16-pt deficit.
I think this time it has to do more with Self keeping De Sousa out there. He coulda left Dok in or played Lightfoot more, but he saw a chance to get minutes for De Sousa. That and the law of averages bit us. They missed a lot of shots early, so of course they made them all late.
De Sousa will be a stud. He’s not coming along as quickly as we’d hoped, but the kid will be very good when it’s all said and done.
If Calipari were HC of OU:

Absolutely right now he's a body to give Dok and Mitch a few breathers. He's gonna learn plenty along the way. It's trial by fire for DeSousa. Tough role to be in but he's handling it.
Defense and optional are key words in your sentence. It's opting to not be very good at the moment.
I really thing Young is an extremely gifted offensive talent. It is absurd how much teams key on doing nothing but stopping him and he is still quite impressive at times. However, he is just terrible defensively.

Yes he certainly is! If you are a die hard all around sports fan, there is a reason to be envious of the life he leads when it comes to living the sports dream. What a life.
That man is at every single major sporting event you can think of and the access he gets is unreal.
Good to see Silvio finally get a shot. I honestly think they'll need him to go far. Any decently coached team will get Udoka into foul trouble and take advantage of Lightfoot defensively.
