UK had great season in the past where they smoked good teams, then they shit their pants in the tournament and that was what mattered.

Duke and UK are on the same level. The metrics actually favor Duke but even if you're stretching things, you can't claim UK is better.
The SEC is slightly better than the ACC but both aren't as good as the Big 10 and Big 12.
