I've driven through once before. It's a beautiful Midwestern city.
Not saying it wouldn’t work, but just isn’t in the cards. Especially right now. California is a gigantic market though, in which it could sustain.
How is that proof? I can make up a story and say something happened, but that doesn't make it true.
