Cats may as well fire up the bus at halftime. I don't want to see a bunch of walk-ons playing in the 2nd half.
UK already has 3 players with 2 fouls with 8 minutes to go in the first half. That's how UT will stick around, and probably win.
I just don't think they are good enough even with the home whistle. I just think UK will wear them down. Plus, I think your guards are bad matchups for Vescovi and Bowden. Too physical and too good on defense.
Heck yeah, that was one play you guys exaggerated about. UT has gotten a good whistle outside of the trip and the last throwdown by Richards. I bet you will say it was a flop though.
I know Maxey shoots well at times but that pull up runner is my favorite shot of his when I've seen them play.
It just happens so fast you can't do anything about it.
It's a shot not utilized by nearly enough guards, imo. Really helps among the trees inside. Quickley has a really good floater too.
UT making a living at the FT line despite jacking up 11 3's. 12 of their 30 points. UK has to play more in control.
Prop bet, does John Fulkerson end the game shooting more FT than UKs entire team?

If UK could stop turning the ball over, they could blow this one open despite Hagans playing like ass. Maxey playing well despite not being able to hit from deep, and Juzang is perfect through 20 minutes.

Would love to see Maxey, Quickley, and Juzang starting the second half with Hagans ass planted firmly on the bench.
It's a catch 22. Offense never runs as well with him off the floor, and he's a defensive superstar. But, he also makes some really god awful decisions and misses what should be easy finishes.
Still think he's a net positive for this team though, even at its worst.

I'm in Chicago a lot for business and the wife and I caught Vince Neil w/Kip Winger (acoustic) and Enuff Znuff last year at some club on the outskirts of the windy city. Love Enuff Znuff and it was fun to see fat Vince.
Dude was a mess, more than the usual messed up Vince. Drunker than a UL fan at a sporting event and so fat he was sweating gravy on all of us.

I think in this game he is less important because I think anyone you have can guard Vescovi. You would know better than me though. He is good defensively.
That's probably true man to man, but it's the ball pressure that he's so good at.
Offensively, they tend to stall with him off the floor because none of the other guards have the speed/step or vision to get into the lane and kick/dump. Quickley and Maxey at the key will usually take the screen from the big and pull up or shoot a runner, which is not always a great shot.
