Serious question, are you a little slow? I’m sorry to be so forthright, just genuinely curious.
Sometimes ppl on here remind me of scratched records instead of records being played at the wrong speed, ie slow. They skip and play the same thing over and over.
Be careful kl40504.... his meaning of "curious" is different from yours.
Not really. I am actually extremely fast. I went to college on a track scholarship.
I would like to see football and basketball ended between Louisville and Kentucky.
Both were forced by Louisville.
Too far for me! I ran 200, 400, 400 relay, and mile relay. 400 was my best event, even though I hated it.
I ran the 400 in 1600 meter relay. I preferred the 800 over the 400. What was your best time in the 400?
52.7 but I didn't take it very seriously. I only wore spikes once, and it happened to be my best time. I partied all the time and was really just there to enjoy the girls in skimpy track uniforms and to stay in halfway decent shape for soccer. I didn't even run senior year. Too many other "priorities". 200 meter was my favorite race though.

UK won their 9th Bowl game in school history this year.
Lat time UK won 10 games AND a bowl game----1951.

Actually that was the year they got caught cheating. As you know by them going on probation.
UNC went 12-15 and finished 11th in the SoCon. They couldn't have shaved points if they wanted to.
Odd that UK has a few championships that were followed by NCAA probations... cheating to win?
We better watch out, after losing to Alabama last week, Oklahoma will be sure to claim the national title this year too.
The 1:48 was in college. In high school I ran 1:58. I had a great coach in college that worked my butt off. Distance work in the morning and sprints in the evening. In the evening I had to run a 55 second 400, rest 30 seconds and run another 55 second 400 and then rest 30 seconds and run another 400 in 55 seconds or better. The hard work continued to bring my time down.DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!
When I ran track in high school we used yards not meters. EyerollI ran the 440.
Sprinter, relay races and long jump.... that was my High School track resume. Ran varsity as a freshman, kinda got derailed by ankle injuries in basketball.
