Bron actually walked back his comments, but you people don't care. Hilarious how much some of you cry over him. Lol

Justice for Ma’Khia and her family

Aka the girl who was a split second from shoving a blade into another girls throat and her father who kicked a different girl in the head while she was on the ground.

He walked it back to still sounding like a ****ing idiot.

And then there’s this. Lebron seems utterly shocked that posting a photo of the cop saying “YOU’RE NEXT” was used to create more hate. Sounds sincere. 😂

So did he actually walk back his take on Bryant who was attempting to murder someone anywhere? Share it. We know you won’t (or can’t?).

Walked it back to still blaming the cop, lol. What a complete potato. Also, when he says "ANGER does any of us any good and that includes myself!" I am guessing he means "doesn't do any of us any good." He's too stupid to even convey his thoughts accurately. The part about "educating" did make me laugh, coming from him. 😆

Come on now I’m no fan but I’ve messed up typing before. That’s clearly a typo, but u are right in that he should proof read his ish.

Even if he had written "doesn't" as it should say, he still left off the word "do" which indicates that it was not a typo. That or he meant "none" rather than "any", either way he's still a buffoon.

LeBron wouldn't receive nearly the backlash he does if he waited for the facts with every case, instead of getting railed for protecting someone who was attempting murder.

Huh? Even after he deleted the original tweet he's still talking about, "may justice prevail!" Uhhh, justice did prevail, for the woman that girl was attempting to murder.

Lebron is a sharp dude. He may not be educated in the traditional sense, but not everyone who is smart had to graduate from some great college. K spoke about him being really, really smart... the kind of guy who hears something once and can then hold onto it forever. A lot of people judge him on VERY very little... a few tweets, or a sentence that makes you uncomfortable. But if you've ever watched The Shop (a show that has been on for years in which he addresses social issues) you'll see that he is a very thoughtful guy with a pretty good understanding of the issues we face today.

And he is also very much on the "front lines" of race issues in America. He is a young, big black man who is friends who hundreds of young, big black men, who grew up in a tough neighborhood as the child of a teen mom. And all the money in the world doesn't suddenly make him less of a young black man, or take away from all of the experiences of all of the people around him, of an entire culture and community of background and knowledge and experiences.

Is he all knowing? Obviously not. Can he screw up? Obviously... he jumped the gun on this one, assuming that it was (yet another) case of a cop killing an "innocent" black person when the story first came out and when people just knew she was 13, when it turns out that the girl was threatening to kill someone. While EVERY ONE OF US has jumped the gun on a million things in our lives, none of us have the reach or influence he does, which really magnifies his screw up. He did seem to recognize, and I'd hope that it has an impact on how he speaks on things in the future.

I know Lebron is a really polarizing figure, but honestly, he shouldn't be. There are plenty of dumbass, loudmouth athletes out there, of all colors and sizes and shapes, guys who speak without having any real understanding of the issues at hand, and guys who really don't do much to elevate their communities in meaningful ways.

Lebron ain't that. The guy is thoughtful. He is among the most charitable athletes in our country. You might disagree with him, but I suspect nearly every person who insists he is just some dumb ignorant racist hasn't heard him say more than a handful of sentences, which is a pretty weak thing to base such huge judgments on.

BTW, as sports folks, ya'll should watch that show. Its really great.

Were those tweets what you consider him walking back his take? He still sounds ridiculous if so.
I'm not sure what you expect him to do. He realized he said something without thinking, and admitted it. It's not like he's going to join the Proud Boys to appease some of you people. ;)

Suffice to say, grammar is dead. Do you even Tweet, bro? Winking

I generally think people know better but they just think sounding like an idiot makes them cool or something, like it gives them more street cred. They can't be going around sounding all educated, because their homies would disown them. 😆 How dumb is that?

You are agreeing with me.
I'm saying even after he deleted the tweet what he said after that is still blaming the cop, which is obvious by him saying he's still angry about what happened to the girl and "may justice prevail." In other words, even after realizing the girl was attempting to murder someone he still thinks the cop was unjustified for killing her.

As someone who teaches these kids, you are spot on. Drives me nuts. And, I can promise you it's not going to change anytime soon, sadly.

Or does he just mean "let justice prevail" if the cop was justified. I don't think it's as clear cut as you want it to be, though we are inclined to believe "justice" to him might be the cop strung up. I don't know. Just happy he didn't double down like many do.

Right. "I learned my mistake, but still, I was right and that girl got wrongfully murdered"

Dude is a clown.

C'mon now, you know that isn't what he means. In the same tweet he said,
"My anger still is here for what happened that lil girl. My sympathy for her family and may justice prevail!"

He certainly isn't angry at the girl that was trying to murder someone.

True. Probably needs to step back further. It’s tough for me cause I always hated MJ for not saying anything, just smiling for the cameras. LeBron does, and can put his foot in his mouth no doubt, but I still feel he has done much more good for this world than bad. And I think he means well. 🤷🏻‍♂️
