I think Antigua is definitely the ace in the hole for Cockburn. He played a big role in his development at Illinois.

Feel like this is a year where rosters are going be super funky because top transfers got duped by some top tier schools. Going be some transfers and upperclassmen at Uk, ku and Texas really pissed about their minutes.

If you go back at the beginning of the whole transfer deal. We needed a point guard. UK was talking with Carr, everyone and I mean everyone had Carr to UK. I don't have insider information like I use to. I had direct ties to UK basketball at one time. Usually when there's that much noise, it usually happens. I doubt we get Duren, but I do strongly believe we will get Koki. That will elevate us to a #5 team. At least that's evaluation that's being spread. I've probably been following UK longer than you've been alive. You want to see a very motivated coaching staff and players, watch UK.

My prior connections where Brett Bearup (RIP) former UK player, Larry Conley (Rupp's Runts) a pair of UK grad brothers that invested a lot in the program. For example those seats on the floor at Rupp, player's level were 3 mil a piece. They had 6. I've used those seats and a half time you go to the AD's reception room where all sorts blue reside. And I've smoozed with multiple X players when I lived in Atlanta. We had a very private group that would discuss things online as well as personal phone calls. We also met at private areas to watch the games. I really miss all that!

If Kofi does indeed transfer, it's gotta be him.

Marcus Carr and Remy Martin were already playing at near All-American levels. They would be the two most likely candidates of being labeled as the #1 transfer if Kofi foregoes his eligibility.

I'm often intrigued by players that have really high ceilings - guys hat could skyrocket into being 1st or 2nd Team All-American. I'd put Justin Powell, Walker Kessler, and Quincy Guerrier at the top of the list of potential breakout All-American contenders.
