Don't laugh too hard. UT got back a key player and should get back another by next game.
I feel like Bama is teetering. I think they eventually fold under the microscope that has come with the off court stuff. Their last two games are auburn at home and @texas a&m. Auburn is going to be looking to make a statement after we embarrassed them. Maybe that’s Pearls game. He never once called timeout to attempt to stop the bleeding yesterday once Kentucky dropped the hammer. If so kudos to him for actually prioritizing a conference opponent other than Kentucky for a change.

With Nick Smith Jr back in Arkies lineup , They are a very good basketball team. I know whoever gets them in the tourney will find out.

That’s true. Smith played well yesterday too. Musselman is similar to Cal in that he needs guards that can consistently break other guys down one on one and Smith can do that. (this is also why i’m not a huge fan of musselman. too much emphasis on iso ball imo).
Arkansas bullied us in Rupp without Smith. I’m hoping our players took that personally.
I’ll be interested to see what happens with tennessee now that they’re at full strength again. But i think some of their struggles aren’t injury related. I think they were just closer to their ceiling than a lot of teams at the beginning of the year.
Westry never really recovered from his injury and Bruce shut him down for the season a while ago. Traore seems to be a complete mental nut case. We will see what happens with him. Hadn’t hardly played in weeks. But yeah getting nothing from our two top 30 recruits is certainly not ideal.
I haven't followed. How did they do? Better than the men's team?
UK didn't have a particularly great year. We played y'all today and won by 20. SCAR is the class of the SEC followed by LSU. UT is far from her former glory, but decent.
Good luck with that. Bama and Arky was a helluva game yesterday. That said, if Bama is doing the things they have done all season, they look pretty good to me. They are not hitting 3's like they were but, the Hawgz were tough on D!!! I don't doubt they hurt some of your feelings come tourney time. Just hope it isn't ours!!!! RTR!!!

UK has owned us in the tournament in my lifetime.
Prince killed us and we played a loaded UK team in 98 as an 8 seed vs 1. It was kinda close.
All good. Love both teams. I am a winner either way.
