With a GOP President and the Tea Party from the Obama years, I at least thought we would get a fiscally responsible government, but that went out the window. Cruz and the Tea Party showed they have no actual convictions and disappeared. We let the deficit balloon over a Trillion during boom economic times which is crazy.
