You rarely say anything of value or substance anymore really.

I know it’s early, but we’re hearing good things about Armaan Franklin. Think he’s gonna be able to contribute this year.
You never said anything about Franklin or your guards. You rarely say anything of value or substance anymore really. You just called me a drunk homer. So I’m not sure what the hell you’re on about.
Whooooops.

I don't know who has the better front court or the back court, honesty. Both teams have a lot of question marks due to young or inexperienced players who will be contributing in a major way. Saying one way or another, at this point, is homerish IMO. That’s why I called out Blaire.

Agree on back court but not on front court. I think a frontcourt of Haarms/Wheeler/Williams is better than Davis/Brunk/TJD. I’d take Williams and Haarms over any IU big.

I never quoted or responded to anything you said. For the sake of the board, I try to avoid interactions with you at all costs.
Might just want to avoid commenting on IU in general. Best for everyone, clearly as we’ve seen tonight.

Results the past couple years would suggest otherwise.
Robs a soph....Al's a junior. Both are getting better and better. Green's a senior that when engaged, is very good. So not sure what you are getting at here. YOu know as well as I do that Phinisee is a very good PG. Good enough that Painter wanted him as well. Durham has gotten better every year. I expect nothing different this year.

Williams---yeah. Haarms though? Meh. I dunno. Defensively w/o a doubt. But offensively? Naah. I like TJD a ton. Kid is going to be really special at Indiana.

Eh, I honestly don’t know. I could see TJD, Smith, Brunk and Davis being a very solid group at the 4/5 spot. I’m not ready to concede that yet. Hell, I’m not ready to concede who has a better back court, front court or team at this point.

Sticking up? @SNU0821 doesn't need me to stick up for him. You just suck.

You like to talk trash about him doxing but you also decided to look me up and find me on twitter a couple of years back.
Yeah? And? Follow me back? I follow @Jaycg15. I don’t try to use your twitter account as some sort of “ahhh gotcha” moment and try to expose you. Lol. Keep reaching though. You slurp SNU & enable his toxic behavior. Makes the board that much more intolerable.

It’s still early and not a knock on Newman at all but interesting to see how things end up going after the recruiting and discussion over the summer about these two.
Yeah will be interesting to see play out. I was always on the “can’t go wrong with either” side of this, but wanted Newman bc he fit better as an off ball guy (already had on ball guards). Franklin sounds like he’s better positioned to contribute early.

Both of Thompson and Gillis sound like they’re further along as freshmen.

one other Purdue note: the early practice returns on Williams and Haarms haven’t been great. I always expected that to be more of a wrinkle than a staple, but sounds like it’s trending to be less than even a wrinkle. Plus Wheeler fits there better for what we want to do and is good in his own right.

I think TJD is going to be a really good player but I wouldn’t take a freshman TJD over a junior Haarms.

Biggest thing for Haarms is starting off the season at the level of play we know he can sustain. Early in the season last year he didn’t look great and it took him awhile to get going. It’d be nice for him to come out of the gates hot because we need him to play well with this non-con schedule.

You have no idea who I am and used a nickname from when I was 10 to find my personal twitter account. I sure did reach. You are no different

Purdue's frontcourt is better than IU's. That's not being a homer, it's completely true.
Agree. But the gap isn't what it was. Brunk is a good player. Davis, when healthy, is really solid. TJD is gonna be special. I like having two seniors, and a frosh of their abilities. Race ain't bad either. I do like IU's depth, there. But agree, Purdue's is better.

That’s the type of shit that gets you tight? At least I didn’t post that shit here or dig up pics of your family but I guess the twitter account is more or less equal to that. Good grief take a break Klize.

Offensively, I would. Experience doesn't make you better. Just makes you more experienced.
Experience goes such a long way in college basketball. One of the most important factors. Not sure why you keep underrating that.

So you did the same shit I did? Lol. I can’t even....
No sir. I didn’t dig up pictures of Klize’s family or pictures of him in high school and then post them to an internet message board. I did in fact, not do that.

"Keep underrating it"? No. I don't underrated it at all. Actually, its one of the things I preach. Experience is very underrated. I just don't think it makes you better. Defensively, Haarms is a monster. Scary thing is---he can be better. Offensively though? Not so much. He has the ability. Just not sure its his calling.

But you did try to find his real identity online, which is essentially the same shit I did.

Lol. You’re such a little bitch. This just further proves that point.

Alright mentally ill man with children. Whatever you say. Laughing

I trash their back court because they can’t shoot. And that’s sorta important in today’s game.
Says the guy of a team that put up 50 points in an exhibition game on complete dogshit shooting.

As I’ve said for a while, IU returns statistically better shooters. Percentage and attempts.

Green, Durham, Phinisee weren't the problem last year and those three are back.
Green wasn’t a problem? I feel like the IU fanbase wasn’t this optimistic about Green last year but maybe that’s just my faulty memory.

Ok $100 that IU shoots a better 3pt % this year? IU returns better shooters statically on percentages & attempts. This a no-brainer win for you.
