Who is the worst Purdue poster?

I'm not sure who will be better between IU and Purdue, but after looking at the stats for what both teams are losing, I believe it will be close. I believe they will each finish middle of the pack in the B1G.

Wheeler & Stefanovic are better shooters than anyone on IU's roster. Hunter was a great shooter in high school. Newman coming in as one of the best 3 point shooters in his class. Purdue will still be the better shooting team. Sorry bud.

Green shot 41% from 3 so better than Wheeler and same as Sasha with many many more attempts

And let’s not bring up high school stats otherwise Franklin who shot 42% from three as a senior will continue that.

Try reading better Blaire. Where did I say we were going to be a better shooting team? I said it was unclear who would be better. Your take that because you had two good shooters on your team last year doesn’t mean you’re going to have a good shooting team this coming year.

Losing almost 80% of your 3pt makes and claiming you’ve got better shooters who had a lower percentage on far less volume. Yikes. Ouch.

Wheeler, Stef, Hunter Jr., Newman, IT. I'm rolling with the team that has fielded a top 75 three point % team the past 4 years.

The past two years IU has finished 307th & 311th in three point percentage nationally. I'm sorry. I'm not trusting that over Purdue's offense and personnel.

So, about Rutgers. It looks like they are only losing Shaq Doorson and Steve Pikiell is a solid coach. KenPom rankings the last 6 years:

2014 - 170 (Eddie Jordan)
2015 - 198 (Eddie Jordan)
2016 - 279 (Eddie Jordan)
2017 - 135 (Steve Pikiell)
2018 - 130 (Steve Pikiell)
2019 - 78 (Steve Pikiell)

Hunter was one of the worst shooters in the B1G this year. We don't know enough about Newman or IT to say they will be good shooters as freshmen in college. There is a very good chance they arent like recent recruits from Indiana (Hunter - 22%, Romeo - 27% , Phinisee, 31%, and Andersen 27%).
