*Official* 2017-2018 B1G In-Season Thread

Yep. Didn't help that ND lost Colson to injury and went on a 7 game losing streak. Before the season, MSUs schedule looked tough. Then all those teams sort of collapsed.

That tweet assumes that Maryland, PSU, and Nebraska are for sure not in the tournament? Only 4 B1G teams to make it

Nebraska and Maryland are last four out on bracket matrix right now so I wouldn't say it's foregone

This game is really important for MSUs seeding. Michigan State has beaten exactly 1 tournament team all season. Theyve lost to every other tournament team in Duke, Michigan, and Ohio State.

If they lose today, a 4 seed looks like their ceiling if they don't knock off Purdue or Ohio State in the B1G tournament.

I still think they end up a top 3 seed regardless

So who we got today? I am going to go with MSU slightly with it being at home. Should be a great game

Battle of the guards IMO. Bigs on both sides will neutralize each other. Purdue has been playing better for a while now, but if MSU can play like they did for the first half of the season they'll win.

Purdue’s just been playing okay and we’re finally snakebitten. It’s going to be interesting to see how they respond

Purdue plays in some extremely entertaining big games. Both Michigan games, Ohio State game, and now this game.

One of the perks of rooting for an elite team I guess.

both teams played the bench pretty heavily in the first half. excited for the second half. playing at a good pace for purdue, gotta keep it up and keep hitting the boards

Purdue should feel lucky that Miles Bridges is too dumb to take 3s instead of one step inside the arc 2s. Imagine how many more points hed have if he took the correct shot instead of recklessly doing a Corey Sanders tribute
