Apparently Seth Davis said something to the effect that KU will have DeSousa back for the TTU game on Feb. 2. That said I'll believe it when I see it and/or hear it from an official press release. Until then, I'm still doubting we see him again.
Especially not with 2 months left in the season. Laughing
But all the posts about how Kentucky looked in the Bahamas were meaningful
Before basketball season started and there was nothing else basketball related to talk about? You're right.
Heading into this game, I was reserved to believe KU was going to get beat. I still think UK ends up winning this game. Not a bad first half from KU but can they put together a complete 40 minutes? With the exception of beating UT earlier in the year, this team struggles to put it altogether for an entire 40 minutes.

I saw where he thought DeSousa would eventually play and where he thought a ruling would come soon, but I never saw a date/game for return..
Some Jayhawk poster on the mainboard claimed an insider source told him that we’d have an answer this weekend. Sounds like the talk is all just rumors floating around at this point.
Oh man. I’m drinking and enjoying this game so much. Having it be so close is almost better than either team blowing the other out. It’s great entertainment to watch a close game you care about while drinking at the same time.
I was on my way back home this afternoon and was reading on JayhawkSlant that supposedly Seth said he believes Silvio will be back by the TTU game on Feb. 2. I am incredibly skeptical all around on this thought. We've heard rumor after rumor so right now I'm officially calling "bullshi*t" on this until we get official word.
I used to be really optimistic but now I'm extremely skeptical at best. I hope like hell Seth's source is legitimate as we need Silvio to add depth to our front court.

He'd help us a lot on the offensive and defensive glass. Not a major scoring threat but he seems to put himself right in the heart of every play.

I don't understand that either. I do love the fact the officials are letting both teams to beat each other up in the lane but it's the ticky-tack calls that drive you insane.
He’s a rebound machine, solid defender and an efficient post scorer.
And I’m sure he’s improved. I think I’d rather have him than Azubuike.
