The only real travesty is Big XII hoops. Big XII basketball over the past decade has been better than anywhere (realistic) Kansas is gonna land.

He still hasnt explained UT's lack of success in the big 12 and how that projects to joining the SEC. You'd be hard pressed to find football and basketball teams with an embarassment of talent like UT, and have little to show for it.

Well congrats. 1st and only time in 26 years. We've done it so many times its hard to keep track...and its still not winning the conference. We've won 18 in the time it took you to win 3 actual league titles. So technically, your basketball program has as many as your legendary football team. Can't make this up.
Your leaving a conference that you consistently were an afterthought in. Congrats on the xtra money, but as a fan youve improved your chances ever so slightly on winning in basketball (Uk will be your daddy now) and in football you drastically decreased your chances that werent all that great in the big 12.

Texas is the defending Director’s Cup champions right now. Became the first school to win it besides Stanford in the last 25 years.
Had more important things to worry about.
