Despite what someone else thinks, her decision is absolutely driven by her political ideology. Cruz is 100% correct on that. Leftists can deny it until the sun burns out, but the only driving force behind the trans movement is politics. It's not empathy. It's mental illness and liberalism is a mental illness after all.
Because she went against the recommendation from the Bureau of Prisons that stated concern for the protection of female prisoners. She addressed the concern and said that assertion was not evidenced-based, but was theoretical since there was no misconduct in recent years. But, she's more concerned about the rights of a repeat serial rapist than the safety of females? Yes, that sure sounds like an activist to me. Find me one moderate or conservative judge that would reach the same conclusion.

It will always amaze you what you will see in court. Most days, nothing memorable will happen. Then you get these types. A guy brought a lizard as a character witness. That's good humor that definitely goes punished.
I'm telling you. There are some wild ass people. They're either suffering from mental illness, or exploiting it. But they are good entertainment. One of our frequent fliers holds a sign outside of Costco that says hit man for hire. There have been hundreds of 911 calls about it. But they can't find a law that he has broken. Lol. They keep arresting him for loitering and he is back out in an hour.
