Why didn't they "determine" (assume) Thomas got $30K illegitimately like they did with Rose's test score? Why didn't they "determine" Maggette took money from Piggie when the rest of those dudes admitted THEY received it and got penalized? But you don't get it because UNC is guilty and Duke isn't.
