I guess I'm not drawing the same parallels you are. One of those is an NCAA bylaw, the other isn't. You want so badly for everybody else to be labeled as a cheater because I guess then it makes KU look a little less guilty. Not sure. Keep fighting the good fight.

Well, if the NCAA, Pete Themel or Pat Forde thought there was something there in either case, they would be on campus faster than Louisville can find a set of whores for a recruiting party.
The fact that UK has been slapped hard in the past, tells you all you need to know. UK is not a sacred cow to the NCAA.

That’s correct, they are inconsistent, but they have never hesitated to put it to UK. There are two universities that get special treatment and UK isn’t one of them.
Heck, UK gave Calipari a basketball with "1,000 wins" inscribed on it the day he won his 1000th game. The NCAA didn’t stand for that, they stepped in and said he can't display that ball, because those seasons that were vacated at Umass and Memphis don't count for him.
You would think they would have something better to do. Nope.
But I don't understand what my previous comments have to do about this situation. I literally said several times in this thread, go ahead, investigate and punish UK if Hagans took money from an agent or did something below the board. Bring it, hell, I'll even pick the NCAA investigators up from the airport and deliver them to Wildcat lodge.

Look again buddy, UK has not had the #1 recruiting class year after year. When they did, they went to the FF, which is more than we can say for "THE GOAT".
