From what I've seen, I'd say it's both (Michigan is still figuring things out/ Arizona is solid). Arizona has a lot of really strong pieces and are very versatile. They're really long, have 5-6 guys that can bring the ball up the floor and push it in transition. Having an elite shot blocker in Christian Koloko turn into arguably a top 10 center in the nation allows the guards and wings to be more aggressive with him manning the paint.
That being said, there's a couple big holes they'll need to minimize if they want to go far. There really isn't a true PG. Kerr Kriisa is more of a combo guard who can shoot than a true playmaker. When Wichita St picked up the full court pressure, Arizona struggled and the offense turned sloppy. Right now they're relying on size and athleticism on offense. They haven't really shined in the half court and I'm very curious to see how they respond to a team like UCLA who will do everything they can to make them play ugly. They have three guys in Koloko, Mathurin and Tubelis who would probably start on 99.9 teams in the country but nobody knows who the alpha is who gets the ball in crunch time which is never good. Love what I'm seeing so far but not confident enough to start getting cocky.
