Wow at newly ranked Northwestern's schedule coming up

Computers can't factor in certain things.

Nothing against computers but basketball is a game you have to watch.

Cade Cunningham could dominate regardless of competition. Can't say that about any player in the B1G.

The guy is a positionless player you can play all over the court.
Even as a true freshman he is by far the most talented college player.

Garza will meet his match...
Athleticism usually wins out

You’ve literally cited Kenpom before

Rankings are arbitrary according to some of you..

Doesn't matter what their ranking was when you beat them.

Oklahoma St is better than any team Iowa has beaten

They are a few seconds from being undefeated
One of the hardest teams to defend especially at the end of the game. Cunningham can just take over.

Big Ten has what.... 9 ranked teams?

Only about 10 teams better than Oklahoma State in the Big10.

Oklahoma St

Have you seen that front court with those older guards..
There isn't a single team that can match their front court.

2 Lottery Picks and 3 NBA players
Even Sims as much as I complain about him will play in the NBA. Too much athletic talent

You should delete your account for thinking guards are “front court”.

The B1G lacks talent.

Don't care how much you homers want to blow it up.

B1G homer Ken Pomeroy

Back on this Ethan Happ shit..

Guy sucked.

Still cannot admit it 🤣

13 points 8 rebounds 5 assists vs Oklahoma in 2018.

23 points 9 rebounds 4 assists vs Baylor in 2017.

16 points 7 rebounds 2 assists vs Oklahoma in 2016.

Now it’s not 34 points in 17 minutes that Garza put up against Iowa State this year but looks like Happ would’ve held his own in the Big 12.

Happ averaged 17 points 8 rebounds and 3.5 assists against Big 12 opponents.

yikes

Imagine him getting to play all those teams twice.

so If nba talent is so important to succeed in college ball how come it’s not usually a top 3 OaD pick that cuts down the nets.

How do transcendent talents like Ben Simmons, Kevin Durant, John wall, and on and on not dominate these weaker college players and win it all every year. AD is the only high pick one and done I can think of to do it since Melo. Duke with okafor as well.

There comes a certain point when athleticism win outs.

A team like Iowa has a ceiling. Nothing against Garza but he will meet his match.

I mean yea obviously athleticism helps, Bit then how does uva win it all? Hunters extreme athleticism? And over the athletic as hell ttech. I mean culver and Owens had to be far away the most athletic players on the court. Why didn’t athleticism take over in that one. athleticism doesn’t always win out over experience and poise. Sometimes sure, but no not always.

Hunter

Man has a 7+ foot wingspan

Hunter was a huge difference maker. Reason why the NBA drafted him..

Hunter can play multiple positions on both sides of the floor

What does wing span have to do with athleticism??? Why didn’t You cite his vert any of his times.

U gonna stand by hunter was More athletic than culver, just bc the nba picked him higher? Probably not even Owens. He was a better shooter for sure, and that matters a bit too. He’s a good athlete but he wasn’t an athletic freak by any means. Neither were guy or Jerome or any of them, he’ll diakite was probably the most athletic dude.

You were probably saying the exact same things if not worse about uva the year they won it all, esp after umbc happened, that you are saying about B1G teams now.

Hunter is a difference maker.

Because of his length and athleticism.

Comparing him to Garza is complete nonsense

Hunter is a two way positionless basketball player

Made a huge difference in that game. I was high on Culver and that was one of the first times I saw Culver overshadowed.
Culver even played Duke. Besides Zion was the best player on the floor.

I’m not comparing hunter and Garza. I’m comparing hunter to culver. Which one is more athletic? Why didn’t his team win if athleticism always wins out? How the hell is uk 1-6 if athleticism is the crux of cbb success???

Size matters

Comparing two players who look around the same height but really aren't.

Reason why Hunter was drafted higher.

Discounting his athleticism as well. His length is maybe more known but his athleticism isn't anything to discount.

Trey Burke is the best Michigan player of the last decade but not top 5 in terms of athleticism.

Finished his career 4-0 against the Big 12
