Refs didn’t blow the whistle on auburn the entire last 9 minutes of our elite 8 game. But yeah man. UK was protected by refs

But again even a the most entry level elementary school official missed one of the easiest things to call in basketball. That’s a major issue
Auburn only had 4 fouls with less than 2 minutes remaining. They also shot 9-31 from 3. How did the refs screw them?
I'm guessing they got screwed at the end of the UF game also, correct?
At the end of the Florida game the foul occurred on the ground. We were up 3. Had the call been made it would not have effected the game. Learn the game of basketball. We got screwed by a ref missing one fo the easiest calls in basketball.
Keep telling yourself that.
I will. Thanks for showing you don’t know the rules of basketball though. Not surprising coming from a 85 percenter....
And here come the insults. Typical.
Care to quote the exact rule which makes the play a double dribble? Should be pretty easy for someone who is as astute on the rules as yourself.
If a player stops dribbling the ball he can only start dribbling it again if the defender touches the ball. In this scenario ty Jerome bounced the ball off his back foot. He then picked it up and started dribbling it again even though no auburn player touched the ball. This is very easy call to make.
What if he stops dribbling the ball because the opposing player clearly grabbed his jersey? That is also a very easy call to make.

Wrong. He stopped dribbling the ball due to it it bouncing off his foot. The jersey grabbed occurred after he had regained possession of the ball. Sorry you don’t u derstand basketball. Feel bad for tech. God knows what luck uva will get on Monday for the Third game in a row.

But the jersey grab happened before he started dribbling again. So foul before double dribble. They missed a clear travel on AU earlier in the game as well that led to two points. Also you don’t come back in the game if Jerome doesn’t get called for his 4th foul. He only got called for that foul bc the refs refused to call a foul on Harper when Jerome was backing him down. I understand it’s a tough way to lose but you got plenty of calls go your way too.
Uva got far more calls in the game and you know it. Hunter sets a moving screen on every offensive possession of yours. Bryce brown actually got fouled as well on the last shot. You guys have benefited fromthe officials more than any team in this tournament. I would have far more respect for you if you would just own up to the shotty officiating going your way instead of making up bullshit excuses for it
Are you fvxking blind? He literally grabs the jersey as Jerome regained possession and started dribbling again?

LOL I’ll try to survive without your respect
What is an AuHoosier anyways? And I assume the 420 is a reference to being high all the time?
Think our boy has moved on to meth from weed.
There are 2 grabs, you mongoloid.
Yes after he regained possessionThere are 2 grabs, you mongoloid.
Thanks for confirming you don’t u derstand the rules of the game. I hope you guys get screwed on Monday with a call. Go tech

So the solution to shoddy officiating is more shoddy officiating? Don’t be mad at me for what you think is bad officiating. I didn’t do a damn thing. You’re kidding yourself if you think you would give a damn if the roles were reversed.
Wrong. He grabbed the jersey after jerome had regained possession of the ball and started dribbling again.im sorry it ended like it did for you guys but like i said above...... a foul should of been called before the double dribble took place... while i dont think it was the jersey tug....... your boy was slapping at the virginia player before the double dribble trying to intentionally foul.
In the end the game turned out like it should have......... i just dont know what your boy was doing on that 3pt attempt........ just get a hand up .... you dont have to block the shot...

I would give a damn as I care about the integrity of the game. I only want you to get screwed so you open your eyes to it. Two of the biggest games in sports this year have been decided by shotty officiating
like i said.......... the grabbing of the jersey doesnt matter because the auburn player was slapping at the UVA player even before the double dribble... should of just been a foul then so the double dribble wouldnt even of happened. Hope I made this clearer on what I'm trying to get at. Auburn was intentionally trying to foul because they had 2 fouls to give.... refs swallowed the whistle too long
Lol yeah UVA has never been screwed by the refs before in a big game. You’re grasping at straws man.

thats a double dribble as we all know but honestly... watch the video....... the auburn player was fouling him... i dont think he grabbed the jersey enough to call it a flagrant but he was slapping at the Virginia player a lot..... it really should of been called a foul before the double dribble even happened because obviously even the auburn player was intentionally trying to foul .... the ref just called it a second or two later than when it should of been called.
LOL he must forget you play in a league with UNC and Duke....... short end of the calls is something you've learned to live with for very long time.
The foul occurred after the double dribble. Just because auburn was trying to foul doesn’t mean a foul occurred initially. It was a double dribble. Then a foul

Then you are blind. He clearly double dribbles. Then fouls occurs as he started dribbling againIm just watching the clip in this thread and dude made contact with his hands before the double dribble. when the player is intentionally trying to foul..... refs should call that a foul then and there. ref did you guys a disservice on waiting another 2 seconds to call it........
U obvious don’t uderstand the rULeZ of baskethoops
leave it to an auburn fan to think slapping an offensive player shouldnt be a foul lol............ its almost like they are trying to take over where UL fans left off thinking basketball was slapsgiving.
