Obviously not. But, Chris Collins has raised Northwestern to another level. They previously had never won a tournament games. And Collins has won a tourney game in 3 different years. Obviously DePaul doesn't have the same resources... but, Scheyer could have gotten them to a much more respectable level.
The previous Northwestern coach had them trending in the right direction though. DePaul is and was a dumpster fire

that sucks. Would've loved to have him. But, nothing he has done at Duke has proven he could be successful at DePaul. Apples to oranges.
