History should never excuse incompetence and stealing.
Calipari is stealing money. I refuse to be good with a UK coach getting paid to prioritize anything OTHER than UK. I'm disgusted at what Cal has been allowed to get away with.

History does matter, it matters a lot. Success in UK's history, is what made them a blue blood. What pisses me off, is we have a coach that thinks he's bigger than the program and thinks it's okay to put the NBA draft ahead of the program, instead of building a system that develops great teams out of kids that want to win in college and work their way to the next level.
I give Cal great credit for the epic recruiting classes, but you have to be one hell of a bad coach to have that much NBA talent in 15 years and only have one title. What's worse, is he has so many really bad losses, many of them are in Rupp. This guy is stealing money and has been for a long time.

I think we were already a #2 seed before we played Aggy. Dropping us to a #3 seems harsh, if that truly happened, but whatever. You have to win to get the top seeds and last night we not only lost we got our ass kicked in every way possible.

Don't be a UK fan. They are only happy with a title, but can tolerate a FF. The problem is short of those accomplishments they are miserable. They have been miserable for 10 years now. That is no way to live.

I will say I am REALLY enjoying the life this thread has with so many teams at parity in the conference. Not crazy about their fortune at UK’s expense, but it is infinitely more fun when everyone is enjoying some success! Loving the S.C. presence here, UT being good is keeping things hopping and AU being strong keeps the sh!t talk fresh!
