Stick with it. Take lessons and honestly it is beneficial to use google when you have an idea on something regarding the swing. I've gotten better just working on different things in my basement over and over until I get it right (relatively speaking). It is a great game, though hard as hell. Most difficult sport I've ever played but also the one you can play when you your body kind of doesn't let you do much else. I played a ton of sports up until about 30 because I was single and all the abuse I did to my body was just too much. So golf it is but I wouldn't have it any other way. There is nothing else I would rather do.
UK lost this game, no doubt about it... so I don't want anyone saying this is sour grapes. Buuuuut...
I feel like the officiating gets worse every year. CBB is the worst of any major sport by far. I seriously watch less CBB these last few years because of it. I can't not watch UK, but I watch less of other teams.

Your second sentence could have stopped after the first three words. This team is not a contender this year. Their best hope is a Cinderella run.
UK lost and deserved to lose, nobody to blame but themselves. Officiating needs to get consistency overall. If you are going to call weak ass hand checks every time then all crews need to call it all the time, in every game. If you are going to let them get away with murder, then all crews need to let it happen, every game.
It wasn't a choke job. The ogre knew we had a depleted roster and decided to turn a game against a superior opponent into "foul until your roster is gone."
I'm tired of losing to these crap teams that don't play basketball they play rugby or WWE on a basketball court. Go find a football field.
That game had the worst flow I have ever seen in my life because of that pathetic strategy.
This team is healthy Baker away form being better. Just no consistent shooters.

I hate this team. They're probably my least favorite Cal team. No fight or energy late in games. I can't deal with much more of this trash.

This will never happen until the NCAA decides to hire officials as full-time, employee's. It's why you see consistency at the NBA. The NFL. MLB, etc, etc....Until that occurs, you will contine to get crews who let teams play. Crews that don't. It simply is what it is.
And TBH, for a game like this, I thought it was officiated about as good as it could've been. Good whistle on both sides.

I don't know that Baker would make much difference, or if he would even get PT if healthy. He can shoot, but that's about it. Don't think his value as a shooter would make up for deficiencies in other areas. I am more looking forward to Herro. Having Green out is obviously hurting them badly, as far as bodies and shooters go.
What have they done that you like? They suck at everything. I mean I'd love this team too if I was a UNC fan because I'd know they have no potential for any meaningful success.

Problem was----UK only made 23; 0r roughly 63%. You're not gonna win many road games shooting like that from the line.

The whistle was pretty fair on both sides. There were just players on both teams who kept swiping and grabbing unnecessarily.

This should not have been this close. Frank is twice the in game coach Cal is. Refs tried to keep it close but Kentucky is a has been and Carolina is the new face of the SEC.

SO much this. As a player, you have to adjust to what is being called. If you do not---Well, you het a game with 70 FTA's.
