Chicks with dicks get hired first, once those run out it's minorities and BLMers.
First, I let them know what my pronouns are and respectfully ask them for their's in order to not misgender them. Then I verify that their skin color is that of a minority and then patronize the shit out of them. Not on purpose, of course, it's just something that happens when you pander. Finally, I ask them what their sexual preference is in hopes of getting the hat trick of employees. Non binary, non white and non heterosexual. And then I post about my open mind on social media.
