Place to put my Nonsense Thread.

Think about that. Jews make up 2% of the USA population yet are targeted for 60% of the religious hate crimes.

Wow. That's crazy. Had no idea.

And yes, a lot of it has to do with Jews being pretty successful in this country. It also goes back a lot further than that to some of the roots of anti-semitism. Some trace it back to the ridiculous belief by some that the Jews murdered Jesus. This nonsense is promoted by anti Semites like Mel Gibson who made an entire move designed to raise hatred for Jews (passion of the christ).

Never seen the passion of the Christ. I believe the Sanhedrin arrested Christ, but, of course, the sentencing and execution were performed by the Romans. Weird take by Gibson, if that's what he believes.

And that all leads to the ridiculous anti-semite troupe that Jews control the financial industry, hollywood, the media etc. It just goes to show how accepted anit-semitism is that people can express these theories in the open without even thinking they are saying anything wrong. Look at Nick Cannon last year. Came out and recited a whole bunch of this nonsense and barely got a slap on the wrist. People are getting cancelled left and right, but express hatred and bigotry for the jews and no one bats an eye. This is why @ExitFlagger didn't hesitate to write what he did because to him that's not anti-semitism, but common knowledge based on how many people believe just that, probably even more so in his area of the country I'm guessing.

Jewish people are cool in my book. It's fun to tease Jewish folks about how they're misers and won't ever pay the tip in a group, but all in good fun. The really hateful rhetoric, which almost seems to advocate genocide, is completely unwarranted. It really seems like their success has brought out the worst in others.

Used to really like Nick Cannon. Can't believe what he said last year. If anyone deserved to be deplatformed on social media, it was him. Still on Twitter and everywhere else. Viacom fired him, but got rehired by another company shortly after that incident.

It's so bad here is a story for you. I'm currently coaching the 40 and over team USA hockey team for next summer's Maccabi games in Israel. That's the jewish olympics, been going on every 4 years since 1917. Actually the 3rd largest international competition in the world behind the real Olympics and the Pan Am games. We had tryouts for the team last June in Philly and then in September in Boston. For both tryouts we had to hire private security to protect us from possible terrorist attack/hate crimes while we were at the rink. Can you imagine that? Not being able to organize a hockey game without also bringing armed security. In America. None of you have ever experienced that and hopefully never will.

Sorry for the long rant. As one of 2 tribe members who post here I felt the need to say something.

That is crazy. I don't understand it. I'm thinking many just look at Israel as an enemy (the state that "oppresses Palestine"), and therefore anyone who is Jewish is also an enemy. Sucks so many Jewish people have to deal with that nonsense.

Its because most Jewish people are white. No one cares about the whites.

It'll will be interesting in a few years when close to half of the Jewish folks are either mixed or of another race completely. 43% for those in the 18-29 range. Only 10% for the 65+ club.

Those herding dogs are really fast, no doubt. I had a border collie when I was in middle school, and that dog could absolutely fly.

My current guy is half lab and half GSD. He's bigger than my border collie was but not even close to as quick.

Yeah we used to take her to dog parks and it was almost comical how she’d just toast any dog trying to run with her. We are starting her in Flyball.

Hail, I need your dog just to keep my two labs in check. They love to chase each other around the park, but can get a little too far away for my liking. A herding dog to keep them in check would be perfect.

My dog looooves to be chased. I’ve got a couple videos of it. Wish it showed her speed more but she will stand in front of / taunt another dog and then dart and run like the wind as she gets chased. If the dog stops chasing she coyly entices it again. Bring your labs up some weekend! She got attacked twice by a group of pits at a dog park so we aren’t going to be taking her anymore.

My dogs love chasing dogs. The problem is when they catch them. They play very rough with each other and think it's ok to gang tackle other dogs like they do to each other. Some dogs can handle it, but some dogs get overwhelmed and start crying. My dogs usually respond by standing there 6 inches from the dog and barking non stop cause they want the dog to start running again. The optics aren't good and I often have to get in there and grab one of my puppies. Once I grab one the issue is over. It's just the 2 on 1 scenario that freaks a lot of dogs out.

They're so crazy they had to put them in separate play groups at Doggie daycare. Which I don't mind at all, forces them to socialize with other dogs.

These don’t really do her justice. First time practicing Flyball jumps and toying with a German Shepherd back when she was 7 months.

Sounds like just playing. Keira plays in the rough group at doggy day care too. Idk about the 2 on 1 thing. I can picture it but I can’t for sure predict how my dog or anxious wife would react. I think our dog would just consider it double the fun.

@WeAreDePaul here is a video when she was about 5 months when she was a little outnumbered (not really teamed up on)

Just extra chasers lol
How old is she? I can tell you are a true dog lover like me. There was a talk on here not long ago about giving your dog up for a million dollars. I think me and you were the only ones that said no, haha

Turned 1 a couple weeks ago. Yeah, no price on my dog lol.

I’m very competitive by nature (ever see me argue?), so I’m excited to get her into a dog sport. It’s going to be fun watch her little rescue dog ass outrun border collies that were bred for this.

Aw, she's still a pup. Enjoy it man! I got Apollo when he was 10 months, and that was back in February of 2018. He turns five in April :( goes by too damn fast.
