I’ve been to Vegas many times on business, and leisure a few times. Once including a good buddies bachelor party.
I’ve also made the desert trek from LA to LV and back. Hunter Thompson would be proud. His quotes on Vegas are truly timeless.
So you certainly know how many amazing restaurants are here. But hey, Memphis has good BBQ!

I was at Plaza hotel pool yesterday. Took about 12 steps within 5 or 6 seconds on the concrete without my flip flops on and thought I had 3rd degree burns on my feet.
I remember getting out of the Bellagio pool in August a few year back, and I was dry within 3 minutes. It was pretty wild.
I am glad that I live in a place that gets referred to by some as paradise and by none as a shithole. We are becoming more liberal, though. So shithole is only a matter of time away.

Exactly. They were actually slides, and the reason I wasn't wearing them for a brief moment is because the glue that holds the top part to the bottom part melted in the heat/sun and came loose, so obviously there was nothing to hold it to my foot anymore. I put them in the shade and let the glue cool down, worked fine after that, but need to Gorilla Glue those bitches before I wear them again. 😬 😆
I like the NC, SC, Georgia coast. I went to Topsail Island a lot as a kid, had family there. Might even take a job in Charleston. I like Savannah too.
Topsail is really nice. We are about 40 minutes from there. Rarely go. We do Wrightsville Beach.

A lot of people say it is boring. And to an extent, I agree. But if you like fishing, boating, fine asses on the beach, drinking, golfing and a pretty good downtown environment on the river, this is a great spot. There's also a lot of history if you're into that.
Water is the highest temperature for July this year. 84 today. At this rate it will be 90 in late August.
Did I mention our wedding got moved but I’ll be getting married to the misses July 24th here in Chicago. We had planned it originally in Louisville, but our friends and family will be coming up in a couple weeks. I’m happy as hell guys. Can’t wait.
Not gonna be a huge wedding just close friends of mine and hers, and our families and some extended family from her side. We’re looking at about 50 people.
