If you mean clearly over seeded, you definitely didn’t deserve a 2 seed in 2011. And the seeding in a weak region contributed largely to an elite 8 trip:
That Florida team had an RPI of 9, won the SEC at 13-3, and would have had 8 Q1 wins by today’s standard. They had some bad losses so yea, arguably over seeded, but definitely not clearly over seeded.
