My guess with VU kid is possibly broken foot? He was holding the inside of his foot, and it turned in(ankle),and not out. Its how I broke my foot.
As for Wallace----ugggh. Non-contact, and knee gave out. Not good. Hopefully its just a tweak.
Exactly why Wheeler is/was very important. Folk on RR hate the kid. But if he's available tonight, I don't think UK loses. Reeves is an awful facilitator---cannot pass, bad vision. Thiero is very shaky with the ball, and had two huge turnovers that cost UK 5 points...

They were playing like shit before Wallace went down but when you literally have nobody to initiate the offense it's a death sentence. People dog Wheeler all the time but the fact is the pros outweigh the cons and he's one of the best assist guys in the country and has been for a long time.

When UK wins it’s all about what HE did to put UK over the top. UK loses and it’s all the players fault that they lost.
His pressers have been weird lately. Very short when he does do them, win or lose. I think he sent someone else out to do it after the Georgia loss. Bruiser maybe. But he's done that after wins too. I'm pretty sure those media obligations are a big part of his contract too so I don't see how the brass isn't on him about it.
Of late seems he has bailed after losses, but after a win, has been more than happy to talk....
