I’ll change the title if people want 1 big thread, but idc.
I prefer different threads, but it doesn’t sound like Rivals wants to dedicate that much server space to dead threads. It’s gotta be several MBs.

Borderline top 10? That’s practically borderline top 5.
We’d be 16th nationally, so borderline top 10.

Though I guess it could still be borderline top 5, not sure where the cut off is using his parameters.

NIL money pouring into Iowa program

Hawks lead Slippery Rock early in the first half.
Sigourney-Keota Cobras lead Dike-New Hartford Wolverines 7-0 in 1st quarter in Iowa 1A quarterfinals

My mistake - Dike leads Sigourney actually. Now 14-0. Sigourney runs a single wing offense with a "spinner back." It's the only offense in the state weirder than the one my high school used (wing T).

I’m good with either. Keep the off season and in season separate or just one big 1000 pages shit fest B1G thread

Jones looked awesome, concerns still exist with johns, diabate will be an adventure but he’s just a freak and for all the good bigs the b1g regularly has you rarely see dudes like him

I haven’t watched the second half, but I’m extremely surprised by your first three words. Diabate looks raw, but you can see the tools he has to work with. May take a few games or three quarters of the season, but he’ll make an impact eventually. Houstan looked smooth. Johns looks like he’s as capable as ever. Brooks looked like the same guy he has been which shouldn’t be a surprise. Dickinson wants to have a jumper, but he’s too dominant in the post for that to be anything more than an occasional shot.

this is all gut reaction on an exhibition, but that’s my instant impression.

What’s your point? We all know what the mock drafts say.

You may also want to revisit the original conversation. I proposed a bet that he wouldn’t go top 15. @CardinalBoiler said no and came back with the 1st round bet. I even acknowledged that I thought he would get taken in the back half of the first, but this place means nothing to me lol. I’ve made 3 separate ban bets with Purdue fans. Clearly I don’t care about posting here.

Please feel free to continue to post every mock draft you see from now until draft day if it makes you feel better though!
Doesn’t care about posting here yet has over 2,000 posts. Lol

Ho Lee Fck

I hope he got at least six figures for that sht. Cringe.
Six figures? When I was in college (circa 2010), Falbos sold 2 slices of pizza and a fountain drink for $5 from 11am-3pm every day. They're across the street from where I (as one of many) used to sell my blood plasma for weed money. He did not get six figures to do that. That is love of the game.

Second half gut reaction:

Jones struggled in the half court the entire night, but he made plays in the open court. Diabate will be good if he can handle the physicality. Last year’s Michigan team beats this team by 10 or more at the same point in the season.

Just watched the first half. Gun to your head reaction aside from Wayne State obviously being a ragdoll.

Houstan/Johns/Dicksinson/Diabate/Williams will be as good as Wagner/Livers/Dickinson/Davis/Johns

Jones/Brooks should be similar to Smith/Brooks

That’s comes down to our guard depth then. Not sure any of the three (Bufkin looked raw, Zeb and Collins didn’t play) will come close to what Chaundee did off the bench but collectively they should be good depth.

I thought Houstan might come in and be a spot up shooter but he’s just an all around baller. Active on both sides of the court. Not sure who our second best player is yet though. Can see it being any of the next 5 players really. Probably will end up Houstan though.

Didn’t see it with Jones. Lateral mobility wasn’t very good. He looked like a guy that moved up from the Sun Belt. God straight line speed though.

I could see your first end being true, but last year’s line up was better at the top. Wagner and Livers are at the very least two of the best three in that group - if not, the best two.

You missed the second half where Jones played much better
