Holy **** the talent gap between that lineup and ours is astronomical. May Howard finally achieve his lifelong goal of..... beating Illinois.
FYI I’m pretty sure Davante Jones will start at PG. He looked solid at the elite camp.
These are just general info grabbing lineups. Could be way off on all of them. Just trying to set a standard to understand the argument and pick a side if that makes sense.
In Illinois worst case scenario, yes Michigan should have an advantage.
The question is whether or not Underwoods advantage at coaching over Juwan can still overtake that talent gap?😉

Small small note, but it’s Hall/Hauser at the 4. Marble is more of a 5 and will probably be a less big part of our rotation than Hall/Hauser.

So I know more about your own team than you do. MSU will go back to 2 bigs and Marble/Bingham will be a regular thing.
Except for the fact Underwood met with Kofi today, and Garcia is a tossup between us Arizona and UNC.

The best player in the history of your basketball program went 1-3 versus Illinois as an upperclassmen.

Coming from an Illinois fan absolutely 0% Garcia and Kofi play at Illinois next year.
I still expect the Illini to be ranked, they will be good but offense will go from Ayo’s midrange/ Kofi dunks to a lot more threes. Will win some games should lose and lose some that should win. What will be interesting is the defense post-Kofi.
