I don’t disagree but if someone like Louisville throws him a great raise to go home I’d be surprised if he doesn’t take it. Always could be wrong.
Have a read a lot of good stuff about him, but his Louisville connection isn’t just a he played there connection.
No doubt in my mind Purdue would match whatever Louisville offered so I don't think money is the draw, especially since the dude is still driving a 2004 Honda Accord.

I think money is absolutely a draw. There's a reason he was talking to Tennessee last year. The dude is ambitious and is [rightly] going to use his position to make sure our AD pays him and gives him the resources he needs to win.
I feel comfortable saying that Louisville can throw together a very healthy offer. I just hope the noise around the program is a bit too much to swallow.

IU never recruited him. He never visited, not for sure but do not think the staff ever visited him.
Yeah, but all of these different types of misinformation are being lumped into one word. It's intentional. The word is meaningless now and it no longer reflects the seriousness of the issue. New speak.
Thanks. There is a lot of misinformation out there. I know Rivals and 247 didn't show him as having an offer but there were stories showing he picked Kansas over several schools, including IU.

Yeah I am sure IU watched the guy during spring/summer at one point, but it never went beyond that as far as I remember.

Yeah there is certainly nothing with this and the Dakich rants today sounds like it came from Indiana people 50-dead age who wanted Alford as the coach. Pathetic
3-0 against Michigan State in 2018 and all three games (2 basketball, 1 football) were in East Lansing or on a neutral court.
