Indiana landed Cody after not even sniffing .500 for 3 years. What’s the point?
That this is the time for the big bad blue blood & Archie Miller to take control of the state! If not this year then I’m not sure when? Looks rough for IU when Purdue is starting to land fringe 5-stars.

Looks rough for IU that Purdue got a kid that IU never had a great relationship with? (This isn’t saying IU didn’t want him. They did)

Yes my point is that Purdue beats & outperforms IU with a bunch of unheralded guys already, now that Purdue is starting to land some high level talent, that gap might widen.

How's it look bad? We have the highest rated player in the state in that class. We're still in on Kaufman. We landed Romeo and TJD. I think we're doing ok in the state. Certainly better than Painter.

It won’t. These things go in cycles. IU has been a broken program. Archie is building his

And even with Purdue doing as well as they have over the last handful of years they still can't get the best kids in the state.

Landed Romeo & TJD and did what with them? Do you read anything? You clearly have some sort of learning disability or mental illness. You are literally proving my point for me. Please, continue.

Looking like no tournament - NIT - tournament

I don’t understand what’s wrong that progression. The team has improved statistically and in the win column for three straight years now

Well, if you weren't a ret@rd, you'd understand an injury to a shooting hand may hamper some performance from Romeo who still averaged 16pts and was a lottery pick. In terms of TJD, well, he's still playing his freshman year, doing pretty damn well and looks to be headed for the NCAA tournament. So.....

Exactly. I would expect next year the trajectory to continue as well. That doesn't mean win the B10 and make a Final Four, but keep getting better like he has every year.

This trend pre-dates Archie. And with some of the talent you guys have had, I think it’s realistic to expect at least an NCAA tourney berth in there. That’s all I’m saying.

you’re a walking, talking contradiction. Romeo averages 16 & is STILL A LOTTERY PICK and you still can’t make the tournament. you’re acting as if he didn’t even play wtf. He was your leading scorer! LMAO

Anything that predates Archie is irrelevant. He had one five star guy with the same other shit guards around him and he was a game away from getting in. Last year was disappointing still for sure.

Sure, if you look at the talent in a vacuum and don't actually consider the whole picture. We're talking about three years. Which year should we have expected a tourney birth? First year? Second year? The first year was a shit show, like most people could have expected. The second year, again if you're not a dumbshit, you would see that our team was ravished by injuries all year and we still almost made the tourney (missed by a game or two). But you are a dumbshit, so I get why you don't see that.

Coming from a guy who's fanbase constantly whines about how injuries have held them back during certain years, it's comical to see you not even acknowledge that we had seven of our 13 guys injured and miss games at one point during last year.

Well technically, you haven't improved in the win column this year yet.

Do you guys think Snu even realizes Purdue and IU are both 8-10 in the Big Ten?

Purdue has had a down year and the biggest difference between Purdue and IU right now is Purdue played the #80 non-conference schedule and IU played the #196 non-conference schedule. Purdue played four teams that are locks to make the NCAA tournament and IU played one.

As much shit talking as he's doing, you'd think IU would be contending for a Big Ten title instead of currently being the 11th seed for the Big Ten tournament.

He’s a good get.

If he went to MSU I’m sure your fan base would call MSU cheaters though, as you guys do every time we beat you for a recruit. Your home board is nuts.
It's a free board, it's bound to draw the crazies. And several MSU posters ITT said Purdue cheated to get Swanigan.

Who cares? Honestly. Do you think Purdue fans are excited about that tougher schedule? Where did that get ya? LOL! Purdue is unlikely to make the tournament in a year where their fans thought they were all but a lock. IU is looking like they will make the tournament. I, and most normal fans, could care less about what their strength of schedule is if they don't make the tournament. But here we are with you pounding your chest about your strength of schedule and a .500 team.

Congrats little fella. You guys are doing great! Keep holdin on to that tough strength of schedule!

EDIT: Also, I'm talking shit because you guys thought you were going to be significantly better than you are and it's pretty funny to see you guys as a .500 team. And you're still pounding your chest at your SOS.

It's like you didn't even read....which is typical for you.

This is the response when you know you've lost and you've got nothing left.

You know what does matter? Quad 1 wins. IU has six. Purdue has four.

But, but, but.....You guys had three HUGE wins this year. Really awesome stuff.
