Yeah I am sure that is the reason the likes of Illinois State, Northern Illinois and Missouri State didn't offer.

Delusional isn't even a strong enough word for you.
there is a big reason why they were not considered even by Fran and that is they both were 6'5 165-170 lb guards. what is so hard about understanding that Fran was not interested in them before they grew from 6'5 to after they ended up at 6'8 200 lbs yo 6'8 215 lbs, they still kept their SG skills but now at 6'8 they can play the 2-3-4 positions in a positionless system, both can shoot, play defense, rebound and score. what's not to like. a year in prep school and they will not be your avg FR when they step foot on campus and won't need to bulk up to play in the physical BT.

CAN'T you wait till their last season at the HS level is over before condemning them.

I was condemning you for the ridiculous reasoning that no one wanted them because they were a "package deal"

White had offers from Boston College and Northwestern:

forgot about these
Basabe
Clemmons 2* by ESPN
Olaseni from GB
and I am to tired to look them all up

from the 2012-13 season thru the 2015-16 that team ONLY had 2 top 100 4* players and yet they went to the NCAAT 3 time winning the 1st rnd game twice and recorded the 3rd best 4 year win total by 4 year starters.

this years team has 4 top 100 4* players by ESPN and 4 4* players by Rivals.

with the oldest being JR Garza. the others are a FR a RSSO and SO.

as for Ogundele he has 19 offers with his top interests being these
Cincinnati
Iowa
Rhode Island
Rutgers

I consider those better offers vs the lack of offers from BC and UMass, although he does have multiple offer from the same conference as UMass,

So why didn’t anyone else at besides Fran want them? At least any legit P5 program?

maybe because Iowa is not their dream school.

not getting top talent is not a Fran thing as it goes back way back at 30 yeara ago and even back to the Miller era.

the Iowa coaches have always had to rely on the instate talent and get the best they could from outside the state, Fran does not pay players [cheat to get players] nor is Iowa loaded with top 50/100 players like a Indiana and Illinois. this year the top player was Foster and the P5/B12 school ISU Landed him,

nobody on HR are that upset about not getting Foster,

actually on the cyclone board they were having a bigger meltdown on Sunday when most thought he was going to Iowa. bad mouthing his father, bad mouthing his skills and going so far as saying they didn't want him in the 1st place.

I’m not sure any Top 150 kid ever has had Iowa as their dream school. Most kids know better.

that is why it is important that Iowa as a state needs to produce more than 1 top 100 player per year.

this is why Fran gets from out of state, getting the occasinal Cook or Garza type players are needed.

it doesn't matter who the coach is or was, Stevie boy only had 1 top 100 4* commit in his 7 years, Fran in his 9 has had by Rivals from out of state
Gesell from Nebraska
Cook from Missouri
and these as a 4*
Garza from DC.

this where when he gets a player that is a 1st Team All state reguardless of class is important
Nunge class 4A 1st team All State from Indiana
Fredrick one class Kentucky POY
Toussaint NYC Championship Game MVP and finalist for the state of NY Mr. BB
Ulis out of Chicago who has led his team to 53 wins the last 2 seasons,
Perkins out of Lawrence North of Indiana.

Keegan leads his team to victory #1 with 28 points with Kris no stats given was said to be the 2nd leading scorer in a 128-51 win over 4A Academy.

also these were Keegans shooting stats in his SR season
50% from the field 40% from 3 and 90% from the FTL, while leading his team in steals.

looking for Kris's final stats,

also DVE Academy will be streaming their games this season. for any one that has the guts to watch them.

Don't stress about it

I guess then posters should STFU about Fran's recruits and calling the Twins walk on's.

AGAIN if you have and these other have any guts they will watch the live streams or JUST STFU. so go crawl back into your hole.

The first 30 minutes I was about to start chanting we want duke.

The last 10 minutes we looked like a women’s basketball team.
When I watched the first half, Teske was getting a bunch of touches, post ones as well. Think that’s gonna be a constant?

there are a lot of people confused about Foster choosing ISU and not just Iowa fans, sports writer are asking questions even his father looked less than happy with his sons pick.

to me Prohm must have promised him he would start from day one, something Fran could not or would not due.

his sons reasons for choosing them makes no sense,.
1st about having friends on the ISU team
2nd he has claimed he is good friends with all the Iowa player from the state of Iowa, while Foster will be the ONLY Iowa kid on ISU's roster,

he is also the 1st Iowa kid from the state to choose ISU in the last 15 years,

even Barnes who chose UNCHeats over ISU after going to Ames HS 15 Minutes from Hilton.

Iowa State hasn’t gotten 1 Iowa kid in 15 years? No fvcking way.
