Dont agree with letting a kid play for a school when there’s a good chance he went to the school because his family got paid by the coach. Should’ve pick a different school.

I think once Penny paid for his family to move the year before he goes to play college basketball the kid should think about how that could affect his eligibility. “Thanks for helping my parents relocate but I can’t play basketball for you.”

Michigan will be in this same situation soon, so get used to it. I am sure you will want the player to play.
If Michigan lands a recruit by paying players I would expect those players to be ineligible to play for Michigan and understandably so.
It may not be the best rule, but it’s a rule none the less. Wiseman shouldn’t have done it and should pay for breaking that rule. Sucks, but rules are rules. I’m all for changing the rules, too, if they aren’t proper.
Don’t break the rules. Penny needs suspended or show clause.
