*Official* B1G In-Season Thread

This is how it starts. Nagging injuries throughout the year. A game or two that are really close that you were hoping to rest starters.
Last time I'm gonna say this. IU has four guys out. A 5th who is limited; and left the game last night. So----regardless if Indiana was up 100, or down, starters were going to have to play extended minutes. Just no one available. Once Davis left the game, IU had basically two guys available.

What a weak ass roughing the passer
Terrrible. Lets just put the QB in a bubble. Or flags on his side. Some officials feel they always have to call something. SOmetimes the best call is no call at all.

Reread the post.

Is this a joke? MSU has played Kansas, UCLA, and Texas all neutral sight. UM played at Nova, who’s not looked very good this year.

Nova would be a three point favorite over Texas.

Providence would be a two point dog to UCLA.

Contact was week, but decision was stupid. He went two an a half steps before pushing the QB.

No reason to. You said a game or two where you are hoping to rest starters...That isn't available. Green is out...McRoberts is out...Thompson is out...HUnter is out...And Davis is limited. That's five scholarship guys, who would play, who cannot. So starters are going to play extended minutes, no matter the circumstances.

I agree. But, as an official, you can simply say---"Whoa now big fella." You can officiate that play, w/o the use if a flag.

I didnt specifically say any game, I wasn’t referencing yesterdays game I was saying in general. You illiterate fvck.

Texas would beat Villanova head to head. Villanova got destroyed at home by UM and then lost to Furman at home. Texas beat UNC on a neutral court and beat Arkansas at home.

I don’t trust most metrics early. Late season I’ll give it to you, but not 5/6 games in.

Texas is a better basketball team than Villanova.

Although to be fair, I think the Hogs were picked to finish 10th in the SEC preseason, but they did beat the Hoosiers...

Aaron Henry is ready. He’s very athletic, good defender especially for a freshman, and a smart player. Got 8-6-1 last night. He’ll be a good MSU player in the future.

LOL...Ok. In general then, Mr. Genius, who does IU play? These guys have been out for 4 games now. So what game , in general, are you talking about? Who do they rest vs Marquette? Or Arkansas...Or UTA...Or last night? I addressed you original response; "All good until Romeo is playing 38 minutes in Feb". As I said---If Langford is playing 38mpg in Feb, then something is terribly wrong.

And you call me "illiterate"?Laughing

Yep we needed a guy to come off the bench at guard and Henry has been solid.

Jesus christ I was trying to defend the garbage excuse that your injuries are why you looked like ass yesterday, while giving you glimpse into the future if the nagging injuries kept occuring but if you going to be a ****** then fvck it. It was a hypothetical, I never mentioned yesterdays game. I was stating that if games like that, that should have been easily decisive where you could rest your starters, kept occuring then you could see Romeo with 38 mpg in February.

And---I addressed that. JFC.
