Perhaps more schools will bring young fans with terminal illnesses to light and they too can live out their final days with a little bit of enjoyment as it appears Tyler has. For god sake some of you need help if you took my comments any other way.
Lol. Your original comment was a terrible way to convey that.

Meh.....I mean, then why not just this, the first time around? I mean can you not see how your original post came off as very, very disingenuous?

Ummm, ya think? Not sure I'm buying it. I mean I want to. I like DaBull. He doesn't seem to be someone who would be so, well, insensitive to such a sad situation. man I wanna believe him.

Damn guys, he came back and said his comment was meant a different way than it apparently sounded. I would think nows a better time than any to just accept what's hes saying is true and just move on. I know we're all trained to pounce on anytime a rival might misspeak, but how about this time we just accept that its true?

He was a good young man and inspired alot of people. Including myself. In the face of death, he carried himself with life. I am glad we were introduced to him through PU football.

I saw on another board, some Jack ass made a joke that Auburn or the Auburn game killed him. Wtf is wrong with people?

Yeah guys, Bull was just genuinely asking if there are any other kids in the country with cancer who are also sports fans. It was a totally innocent question that wasn't at all a trolling/sarcastic dig immediately after a kid's tragic death. Not sure how any of you misinterpreted that.

Some of you want to argue so much you'll look for things that aren't even there. Its basically whats ruined this board over the past few years. Quit being so negative minded folks.
Lol. Yup. Really just a single group of fans.

Didn’t realize Borden or Bmore were Purdue fans.
Jesus. Y'all bitch more than a woman on her period.

Might just want to stick to telling us how Brohm is essentially going to dominate the B10 for decades to come. Much more tolerable.

Look at what Borden posted. That's a legit response from an IU fan. Bull may not have had the wrong intent in mind but the way he posted it was questionable at best.

It’s nothing more than someone with a different response than what you wanted, so you bitch and cry about it. Y’all are like middle school girls.

On the Steve Alford front, @dragonhawk1855 should be ecstatic because they were the team to beat for Xavier Foster, but Iowa St is likely the team to beat now.

Oh please, your post more than justified the responses it got. It isn’t a negative board mindset to blame but rather a dumbass response or really poor wording on your part.

The next time I see someone’s grandma died on Facebook I’ll be sure to say “Condolences, but is your grandma the only old person to die recently?” and see whether or not it’s the board’s “mindset” to blame or not.

Perhaps was a little short worded, made a quick post to express condolences and said nothing negative. Would like to see more of this going around as sports can have a larger impact on people with real struggles in life. Sometimes we forget that while arguing over meaningless message board posts from randoms.

To the bold...I was off the book from about 2011-2018 ( had to get back on for work purposes) I never understood the public way people announce things such as this. Its crazy to me.

Not sure we are going to see Rob Phinisee tomorrow night vs Illinois. Indiana should still be okay without him, but he will desperately be needed against Michigan on Sunday.

As a fan the concussion protocol is so frustrating, but I get it.

Hope MSU’s game against Northwestern is less stressful than the UM and Indiana games.

The fact that Northwestern may be the 10th or 11th best team in the conference this year is crazy.

I'd be interested to hear how IU implements the concussion protocol, and if its different from Dr to Dr, or set standard throughout medicine. I know it's a set procedure in leagues like the NFL, but I don't believe theres anything for college basketball?

The reason I'm asking, is because I've never heard of a player taking many months for what I understand is his 1st reported concussion (Race). And now if RP doesn't play this game, its going to be a couple of weeks with him. I've seen many NFL players take this long, but that's because they're going on double digit concussion numbers.

I'm just an idiot on a MB, so I know nothing more than what I see and hear from my favorite teams. So, I'd love to hear from someone who might know more than what the basic fan would know.

Also, can someone post the link to the place to get my ability to post more then once a week fixed?

So I heard Izzo today say that he plans on running and pushing the pace a lot in conference play this year as he feels his roster is deeper than other teams in the league.
I mean besides the fact that Loyer is our backup PG, he ain’t wrong.

It wold help our team immensely if by the end of he year Loyer can be a viable backup PG.

Idk if I’d do it but I can see why people would want to express how much that person meant to them/how good of a person they were or whatever.

Why does it seem like when our guys get a concusion they're out for an extended period whereas other teams' players are back in like a couple days? Where did you see he may not play?

Unsure on your link, but most point to the MB for a pinned thread (?).

The length of the hold-out for concussions is determined on the remaining symptoms the patient is "suffering".

I actually heard that he was going to play as long as it doesn't get reagravated. Hopefully he can go because we're going to need him in this stretch.

Didn't see it posted anywhere. I don't believe he was in any of the practice videos posted, but we have yet to hear from Archie. Should get more information today.

Not to interrupt the Tyler Trent eulogy going on, but how the fvck is Maryland the favorite tonight?
Isaiah Roby's status is still up in the air. And considering Maryland already has the size advantage on Nebraska, if Roby doesn't play it might not be a pretty night.

Oh that makes sense.

Maryland will still shoot a shit ton of contested 3s instead of getting the ball into the paint.
