He's gonna be real good. Reminds me Randle-El.
I don't think it would make things better. Easier, though ? Sure. Playing OSU , PSU, Michigan and MSU every other year ain't an easy path to a bowl. This year we don't play PSU. So "only" UM. MSU and OSU. Not sold Purdue goes to those bowl games with having to play MSU, UM, OSU and or PSU. Maybe they do.
Note:
Yes. I know. You beat OSU by 200 last year.

Overall isn't that important when you play PSU, MSU, OSU and Michigan every .single. year. You play at Penn State on 11/16. You guys play every East division team every year.
That’s okay if you’re not sold. Both years overall Purdue had the harder schedule though. The big difference is the non-conference portion of each team’s schedule.

That's fine. But just look at it like this: Do you think it's more favorable to play (every year), Iowa, Minny, Wisconsin and Nebraska...Or MSU, UM, OSU and PSU?We can agree to disagree on this.

Nope, it's a fight to the death or nothing. We can agree to disagree on this.
That's what I was talking about. Overall , you guys. But conference ,it's us. It's mute, anyways . We have a weak OOC. And it's not like we play those four every game. Good teams find a way to beat Illinois, Maryland, Rutgers...Or when we crossover...A Minnesota, etc..Oh Iowa, Minny, Wisconsin, Nebraska for sure. But that’s only a third of your schedule. If we were talking conference opponents only, you guys would win hands down.
you do realize that this is about FB not BB, the Iowa FB Team is clearly better than the BB teamOh Iowa, Minny, Wisconsin, Nebraska for sure. But that’s only a third of your schedule. If we were talking conference opponents only, you guys would win hands down.

Predictions for Maryland Cuse??
I'm aware of that ...But, he has the abilities. Very mobile. Athletic. I know his arm is his strength. But he has the ability to hurt teams with his running. Reminds me of, well, Randle El.He’s quite a bit different. Stronger arm, pass first, not near as fast or elusive.
I like the commitment. Interested to see what happens with Cross and Garcia now.![]()
Big mover in the class. Athletic freak OG style

Yeah, forgot about Whitt. I’d be overjoyed with any of those three. REALLY like what Archie is building. A ton of 4 year 4* players mixed in with some 5* higher end talent.Go all in on Garcia/Love/Whitt try to sign Garcia and one of the PGs for an oversign
AHH the creaning approach conitues, maybe just maybe that's why Crean couldn't maintain a steady year to year stretch of success vs his up and down which led to him being FIRED.Go all in on Garcia/Love/Whitt try to sign Garcia and one of the PGs for an oversign
It is amazing that no one leaves Iowa early, ever.AHH the creaning approach conitues, maybe just maybe that's why Crean couldn't maintain a steady year to year stretch of success vs his up and down which led to him being FIRED.
When did IU offer Geronimo? Is he still pretty raw offensively or does he already have skill to his game?

hmmm Moss and Cook both left but then again Fran didn't over sign in anticipation of anyone leaving early. It is amazing that no one leaves Iowa early, ever.
hmmm no chirping back, in fact Fran banked Moss and Cook's open scholarships, as Iowa goes into the 19-20 season with 11 players on scholarship with one of the 11 a walk on just getting a scholarship,
Indiana creaning looks to be alive and still going strong.
Someone’s mad an athlete didn’t pick Iowa. Guess you’ll have to settle for recruits #300 or higher.
not hardly its just the next man in, as they are looking to fill 2 open schollies and not a player that is leavingSomeone’s mad an athlete didn’t pick Iowa. Guess you’ll have to settle for recruits #300 or higher.
can't be butt hurt about losing a player that was going to take a OPEN scholarship and be #3 at the 3,

as for Geronimo he would sit behind Wieskamp and Patrick at the 3, this probably played a part in him choosing Indiana,
