That damn Nebraska home cooking. I still can't believe that the B1G would fix a game for a newer school against Iowa, absolutely ridiculous.

I then go over to Iowa's home board. Same thing. Roughly 90% of the folks over think Iowa is awful(defensively).

But according to Gil, the reason Iowa is so bad defensively is b/c of the officials.

I watched the game and I agree with nitewing. If it wasn't for those darn Iowa players being so terrible at defense and fouling those Nebrasketballers so often, the refs wouldn't have cost Iowa the game from such a disparite foul disparity.
It wad putrid to watch. Those gosh darned homecooker refs ruin everything for Iowa at home and away. They should be undefeated if it wasnt Iowa's 5 versus the opposing 8 every game!

they sure didn't show it vs Iowa, as Iowa even surpassed their season avg of 80 ppg by scoring 84.
like I said FT's were the difference and you can't defend the FT shooter now can you,. that has to be the most FT in the last 4 years that Nebraska has ever shot in one game.

You gave up 98 to Nebraska. It’s one thing giving up that many to a team like Purdue but Nebraska? Yikes your defense is terrible. You do realize that if your defense was better, Nebraska wouldn’t shoot as many FT’s right. There’s a correlation between bad defense and giving the other team FT’s.

OSU only shot 23 FT's in their win
Maryland only shot 25 FT's in their win
Rutgers only shot 20 FT's in their win
Purdue only shot 4 FT's in their win but they did make 20 3's
so I guess that means that Nebraska is the best team in the BT.
