Scott Drew has no reason to leave for Indiana. If they want to help him get a raise at Baylor that is their choice

Yeah neither would ever happen. That being said, I do think Pop is going to leave San Antonio in the next year or two. I’d be shocked if he didn’t retire though. Guessing Becky Hammon will be their next coach.
I'm a huge JB fan and love what Tonagel has done with IWU. I just don't see him leaving.
Don't get me wrong. Beilein is an awesome coach. Amazing. He is also 68 years old. By the time his first season is almost over he will be 69. That's too damn old to be messing with.
Seriously though, Matta and Beilein are currently without a job, so theres better chance they will accept IU's job offer. Chris Beard aint leaving Texas Tech for IU so he aint even supposed to be an option, while Scott Drew is also under contract. I dont think Scott Drew is a better coach than Tom Crean either.

It's not as cut and dry with BS as people are making it out to be! His pregame press conference was not someone who has 100% shut the door. I honestly don't believe that he'll cone to IU, but unlike in the past....there is at least some smoke here.
He’s just trying to be polite, no way he considers IU. Even if he wants to return to College basketball, there are better job offers lining up for him. And if he wants to wait just a few more years, he can easily take over Duke after coach K retires. IU is nowhere near a top 5 job as their fans hype it to be, it’s at best a borderline top 20-25.

No it doesn’t. It implies that coaches saying anything mid season means nothing. No he’s not leaving the NBA.

58% winning percentage isn't that out of the norm for IU. The career record is 63%. How much did the first two years bring down Crean's winning percentage?

Does anybody really believe ONE DONOR would pony up 10 million for the buyout, and another ONE DONOR would supply the cash for next coach for IU to begin a " Search"? Lol
This deal is done and awaiting a press conference. The 3 Names I believe it will come down to are Beard, Drew and Mussleman. Press conference will occur couple days after their guy is eliminated.
