I don't know these guys, but I also don't go to the MSU home board. That said, I think the NCAA is stupid but I had little faith that Hauser would ever play this year. I'd rather have Langford back than Hauser anyway.
The not so surprising list of posters in this thread probably has more to do with who they root for than anything else... I think Izzo is coming off as a little whiney about it, as even he said he said he doubted it would approve months ago. I'm not sure that he stomped out of the room because of this one situation, rather than a culmination of all the stupid shit the NCAA does every single year. He's been on the board for a long time, I believe. Why even waste the time and energy when they've shown to be completely inept for years.
Im generally on the main board. Haven’t posted here for at least a year or so. But I agree with you. Having Hauser this year wasn’t even the problem. The issue is the NCAA’s decision making. He was just going to be a body for us when Tillman needed rest. He would have put up better numbers at Marquette this year than at MSU. However, Langford was a big loss. He can actually create his own shot.

Izzo believes the NCAA should be consistent in their rulings because the rules should be the same for every team/player. However, the NCAA doesn’t operate this way so Izzo has made that the point of him leaving the board and has questioned the reasoning behind the decision. Anything else you mentioned is just pure gaslighting. But supposively I’m being trolled by a short/fat guy who got ran off...

Izzo thinks the rules should be the same for every team. However, he also believes that letting players transfer without any rules will open Pandora’s box and be bad for the sport. Truly logical and rational thoughts...what say you?
That is true in a sense. Players would end up committing to teams and transferring after one season because they’re riding the pine. I don’t think a player should be able to transfer and play for four teams in four years...
