I think he meant that a true born Stark is usually too uptight to their own good. And even though Jon isn't a true Stark, he was raised by Ned and thus is probably already fubar.
But isn't Jon a true Stark?

Yeah I tend to agree with this. This might happen in the books (if they're ever finished) but it isn't happening in the show. It's like the whole Bran is the Night King theory, the show runners aren't going that far down the rabbit hole with magic and ancient Stark lore IMO.
He has Stark blood, but he's not a Stark. Just like Sansa and Arya are not Tullys. It really doesn't matter. That's what I was asking. I didn't understand the distinction being made. Jon Snow is a Stark. Lyanna is his mom. He's a Stark and he's a Targaryan. Just like Sansa and Arya are Starks and Tullys.

Probable for death:
Greyworm (No way he doesn't die)
Tormund
Brienne
Podrick
Jorah
Beric
Gendry (Bonus: Arya is carrying his baby, Ned and Roberts houses has finally been joined. Arya may make it out of this thing after all)
Sam (the one I'm least sure about but he's made it through to many battle situations to live and for some reason keeps bringing them up last episode.)
Just episode 3. I think 80%+ of characters will die by the end. I also think Theon dies protecting BranYou mean in episode 3 or this season. I think Theon has a very high chance to die this season. Just not sure if it’s ep 3 or ep 4.
Gendry is high on my death list as well. Agree about Arya carrying his baby.
Seems like Pod and Brienne may go out together. Would be fitting.
Hmm. I guess I don't get the distinction. Whatever. Like you said, probably doesn't matter.
I just thought that "The Song of Ice and Fire" was about Jon because he's Stark and Targaryan.
Yeah I think Theon eats it protecting Bran as well.Just episode 3. I think 80%+ of characters will die by the end. I also think Theon dies protecting Bran

Great ****ing episode. Just great. So many really wonderful moments. Tormund, Brienne, Davos, Tyrion, Jamie, Pod, and Jorah sitting around the fire was awesome, and Jamie knighting Brienne was a wonderful cap to years of waiting... her smile was so great... first time we’ve ever seen it, IIRC. The Hound didn’t get much, because the Hound will survive... he’s got other fish to fry. No Varys? Enjoyed the Mormont moment, and Sam and Jorah and the sword. Loved seeing Sansa and Theon in that one moment during the song. No way Sam dies. I know people are saying “Get moving!” but I say **** that... it isn’t the Get moving scenes that make the show so awesome... it’s the characters. Seeing an entire episode of only moments of humanity between these characters we’ve followed for so long, knowing many of them will die... it was great.
Completely agree. Very well said.
The essence of the show is how it's able to showcase the full range of human emotion, perspective, fears, and intelligence through its well crafted (and acted) characters. The fighting and the boobs are just icing on the cake.
Yes! The writer of the episode said it was a love letter to all of the characters, that they wanted us one last “night” with all of them before it ended. As you said, the fighting and tits are most decidedly secondary. Totally got misty eyed there a few times, and I can’t remember the last time I cried
Cool moment with Davos and Gilly... I forgot they were both taught to read by Shireen... so in that scene with that little girl, they both were thinking of Shireen, but neither knew the other was.
She's cute, but obviously I'd make her dye her hair red before I gave her 3 1/2" of pink steel.
Great episode. 1:42 am. Can’t sleep. Watching YouTube. Just figured it out. Bran is the Night King. Literally. He keeps saying he’s not Bran Stark any more. Dude is positioning armies in Winterfell so he can take it.
Scenario 2 is that Night King comes up through the crypt. Kills the women and children first, including Tyrian. They all dead.
One way or the other, Winterfell is going to fall. White Walkers must March south to King’s Landing at some point. They will crush Winterfell.
The Night King is Bran. Bran is Night King. This didn’t happen due to creeping into the guy who turned into the Night King at the wrong time. Happened when Night King touched Bran and possibly something else that occurred of screen.
Another question, when White Walkers go south, will they tan?
Also, following people will die next episode:
Brienne of Tarth - Dead
Giant Scottish dude - Dead
Jamie Lannister - 50-50
Tyrian - 50-50
Virtually all of Night Watch - Dead
Reak - Dead
Anyone in crypt - 50/50 all could die

Pay no attention to these theories, they're all bullshit.
He touched him so he became the Night King? What the shit?
Not happening, Night King isn't making it to kings landing.Oh, I think there will be a lot of bad stuff, but in the end I think we DO get a happy ending. I'd be pretty f'ing disappointed if it ends with the Night King on the throne.
Agree, would be really hard to wheelchair all the way down the king's road WinkingNot happening, Night King isn't making it to kings landing.

First, racist.I'm hoping they tie everything together. Would be dumb to have the whites finally get here and then their story end in an episode. They've been coming since the first episode. But it'd also be dumb not to dedicate enough time to all the storylines and relationships we've watched throughout the entire show. It's going to be interesting to see how they do it. I'd like to see everybody at Winterfell forced South and to get caught in between the whites and Cersei. A lot of heroics, twists, sad/bittersweet moments, etc.. could come from it.
Also, what did that witch tell Cersei in that one flashback? Something about 3 kids would be lost and it would be the death of her or something, right? Maybe she gets stuck in KL with Jon/Daenarys army approaching and, with death or losing the throne looming, realizes she's as much to blame for her kids deaths as anyone, and takes her own life. She did say she'd throw herself from the red keep if it weren't for her kids.
Nothing personal, but how do people spell these names wrong? Tyrian? Reak? I saw a guy who reviews movies and TV for a living do this earlier.?
He touched him so he became the Night King? What the shit?
Oh that’s crazy... not dragons flying in air, Jon Stark coming back from the dead or zombie giants...But THAT is crazy. My theories are fact.
Not happening, Night King isn't making it to kings landing.
Because I’m not going to stop and Google how to spell Game of Throne characters. I feel like you posted this to brag about reading the books. Yuppy
I've watched it and other videos from that guy, he is wrong more often than he is right.i think this is the video the guy discusses that point
BTW this dude has been great at figuring out things in GOT
Hah! Well no, but I’ve read an article or two in the last seven years, and seen “Tyrion”, you know?
